Food was good, but this was some of the worst service ive had since I witnessed a massive employee brawl at Dennys in Springfield Missouri in 2017. Our server was Lucas and he did not care about any of his table. We sat for 25 minutes without even getting drinks, when he finally came to our table he said “i didnt even know you were here”

Got an order to go.. got it all wrong ,missing items etc. After waiting 7 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I got a manager. I explained the issue, and to his credit, he said he would fix new items.
He did and gave us a 15 dollar gift card for the trouble

We were in town for homecoming. Ordered through door dash. We ordered a 10 wings, 6 wings, nachos, small fries, celery, carrots, ranch and Bleu cheese. We received 9 wings, 5 wings, NO Nachos and no Ranch or Carrots. I called the restaurant and they said that the kitchen had been closed for 30 minutes and there’s “nothing they can do”… Funny thing is that we called less than 2 minutes after getting our food, and our Hotel is 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food that we DID get was hot…. So how could the kitchen have been closed for 30 minutes??? No solution or apology? Just we are closed? No compensation? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hope that the Manager or Corporate will see this!

Service was slow, but not ridiculously so. They were understaffed, which explains the wait times. The food was good, prices were a bit high but not bad. Paid $13.49 per burger, they came served on a metal tray with a sparse serving of over salted french fries. The double patty burgers made up for the lack of fries, and they were superb. The strawberry lemonade was 3.25 and was delicious, but the size of the glass in comparison to the NINE DOLLAR bloody Mary was just sad. The bloody Mary was over 9 dollars, an extra $3 was added for a higher quality liquor and for “wild sides”… Which consisted of half a sad looking celery stick and two red jalapeno peppers. Yep, that’s it. No onion ring, no pickle, no olive. Absolutely nothing fancy, for an extra $3. So that was a disappointment. And the size of the glass for the bloody Mary was about 2/3 of the size of the much cheaper strawberry lemonade, although that was obviously alcohol free. Also, the glass was almost full to the top of ice, so definitely felt like we got ripped off on the bloody mary. Service was friendly, food and drink were delicious, price could have been better on some items. Overall, four stars feels fair.

This is a very good place, I am not much of a wing eater, but, if you are, I really recommend this place, the hamburger I had was great, my 3 friends were very happy with their wings… Therefore I assure you, you will be pleased with the extraordinary attention and service that you will get from the attendants.
I want back again and I had some wings that I loved… Traditional with Spicy Garlic and Parmesan Garlic….
And I went again and had an Avocado Burger, it was delicious… but most of all they have this big that holds a liter of beer and had my favorite beer, Sammy Addams Octoberfest delicious
And again the service was fantastic…

I’ve tried…on more than one occasion…to like BWWs. I just don’t. I know plenty of people who do, I’m just not one of them. The restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly, I just don’t like the food. I don’t think its that good and I think it is over-priced for the quality and quantity that you get. It’s just not my thing.
Edit: I found fried cheese curds here and they’re really good, though expansive.

We got seated at 7pm, was a party of 9, we ended up leaving at 8:50 and never even received our appetizers. We ordered the endless apps, problem is they never got started. We then told staff we were going to leave because kids in our group were hungry, and at this point, we asked if our food had been started, and if so just box it up because we were leaving, we were told by the manager they are putting the order in bags now, so we waited a little longer, she then came back out with no food, and we left. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had, and won’t be visiting this location again.
