I don’t know if the workers were in a bad mood or what but the “boneless wings” we ordered more than half was just the fried breading. They literally gave us the bottom of the bag with about 7-8 boneless wings actually having meat. I never got them here so I didn’t know they were not supposed to look like this. I looked at review pictures and noticed they were all under half the size of a regular boneless wing. We ordered through their website for pick up. Also got our fry flavor wrong.

The food here was good and the service wasn’t bad. The restaurant however was very dirty especially for not being busy at all. The floors were covered in food and it made me question the cleanliness of other areas I couldn’t see. I am not sure if I will be returning in the near future. It was definitely disappointing and not what you would expect from a chain restaurant.

1. If I could give their service 0/5, I would. It’s very obvious that the staff doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t have much ambition.
Starting with the hostess, you work at a sports bar, you need to speak at least a little louder so people can hear you. Also, knowing how to sit people would be helpful, but it’s apparent that she is confused at her job. The wait staff also seem to be confused that they should check on how your food is tasting or if you need a refill on your water. The food is what you expect from BWW. But I can proudly say this is the worst BWW I have been to so far. MHK only has one so your choices are limited, but maybe it’s worth finding a different restaurant to find.

Food came out hot and pretty good.
Our bartender was slammed as she was making drinks for the whole restaurant so it was just a little slow on getting the order in. Beer taps broken. No draft beer. Carrots and Celery not as fresh as they could have been, but also not as dry/room temperature as they have been in the past. Just a couple minor things and this would have been a 5 star review.

The food was good. However, I was disappointed in the server who was in charge of my table today. When we ordered our main entrees we also ordered additional sides. After all the food was served, the server did not bring the side menu a short time later. I asked that server when I could have the side menu brought to me? She told me that you cannot select a side menu for the main menu you ordered. I ordered a side menu separate from the main menu when this lady came to our table to take our order, she was taking notes and asked me if the size was regular or large. Couldn’t she get the order right? This lady was rude with a goofy smile.
I will never go back to this restaurant as it is not worth it.

Unwelcome as a female for a sports bar environment. Targeted as a female for being enthusiastic about a game when men were doing more than the females. Very gross, sexist place. Much better spots in Manhattan. We felt unsafe as a woman in this establishment.

Nachos are ok only if they would not have forgot my chicken on it. Ruined my whole meal. First time trying the crispy chicken sandwich, was absolutely horrible. Was not fresh. Very dry and to hard. Im assuming it was old. When I do have take out orders there never completely fresh. Over cooked or just sloppy. Fries are no good if you get them to go.

I like this location very much. We are from Nashville where a good BWW is hard to find – the best is in Lakeland FL – however, this one is close 2nd. The bartender was great, the food was good. I am not a huge BWW overall fan due to their “points system” but that is more of a corporate issue… THIS BWW was GREAT, the two nights we visited!
