Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. Everything from the food to the service was horrible, and I am not being dramatic. I sat at the bar and there was no bartender all night for some reason, I’m not sure why. When I first arrived a lady took my order for a beer and told me my assigned bartender would be out soon. Eventually after about 20 minutes a bartender showed up and I placed my order for food. However, she stated she needed an employee card or something to place my order and since she did not have it, she would have to wait until she received it. So another 10 minutes goes by and I continue drinking my beer and I just eventually placed my order online to speed up the process. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with tater tots and for some reason they loaded the burger with pork. . I don’t even eat pork. Bacon is not on the BWW smash burger so idk why they would do something like that. Man I guess all the employees are children

We all agree that Will is the greatest server we’ve ever had! He was super friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. He knew by my buddies’ army uniform that we were in a rush and he went above and beyond to ensure the service would be quick. I also heard him be very friendly to the guests in the table behind us. 10/10!

I ordered takeout from here and they forgot some of my order. This is the third time this has happened. They say that they will refund you but they never do. I also ordered 15 boneless wings with two different sauces they only put sauce on 10 wings and left 5 plain. I also got a chicken strip that looked like a fried bone. It was very tough so I just threw it away. Their prices are too high to have this kind of quality.

As someone thats lived here for two years. I warn anyone that irders here withiut dining in for corrections ahead of time. The servers always look overwhelmed, but its hard to feel bad for most of them. There’s always a group of brand new employees so often which says alot about the work climate. The people they place at the desk are not receptive to simple to go orders and the tall bearded employee was obviously smelled and acted drunk, he nearly made someone almost drop his baby when he dapped his hand hard. The food I enjoy once is never made the same way again and not for the better. One time I spent an hour for a pick up order I made at the desk for it to be all wrong with no considerations of warming up the sides while they remake it. The staff intentionally made the order wrong on the receipt and said thats the only way they can lunch it in but theyll let the cooks know how it was requested for something as simple as grilled not fried. Requesting a refund is a nightmare which took 40 minutes and the manager refused to come iut of their office and insisted on having her staff relay messages with 10 minutes in between each question or response. Almost two years here and this has been the worst resturaunt in this town and unfortunately the only place thats open and available when I get off my shift. By that time im tired and hungry. Its my fault for coming here, ofcourse, but for once I would love to see them make an order right when im there.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch….we were greeted and seated promptly.

The place was clean and seemed to be efficiently run….there were no tables waiting to be bussed….we’re both sticklers for cleanliness at restaraunt.

The food was very good but the highlight was the service we received from our server.

“Mikayla” was so friendly and helpful…she was the perfect server inasmuch as she was never hovering but seem to be “there” when needed. We hope upon on next visit that we are fortunate enough to be seated in her section.

I am writing this review after sitting for 30 mins before receiving 4 non-alcoholic drinks and then receiving the 3 bar-made drink orders after another 20 minutes. It was 30 minutes later when one appetizer was brought out wrong once, and then 20 minutes later, same wrong order brought out a second time. Management should be walking around present in the restaurant. Management should work with the army base to know when graduation is to know to have extra hands. Our server Will was not an issue, he can only do what he is presented with from kitchen and bartender. So thank you Will for a great job. Here we sit, debating the option to leave, an hour and 45 minutes just as our food arrives. I would say that this location needs new management.

Place was slow with customers took forever for drinks and food. The wings came out and super dry and wing size was like a anerxia chicken produced them. By far worst wing spot i ever been to from quality of food to service. Go to Colton’s anywhere but here when you visit for military graduation or anytime

Nicole, the bartender, was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive without being overbearing. The food was fresh, had great flavor and arrived in a very timely manner! I’ve already told my husband we will be coming back to see Nicole.
