The burger was good, although a little on the greasy & salty side. If you look at the picture you can see how greasy even the bun was. The lettuce and mayo was put on the bottom. Something I wish they would change because my sandwich became soggy immediately.
I like all of the sports displayed on multiple tvs, which makes it a cool sports restaurant. That being said, why must we also have music blaring through the restaurant too? It’s always so loud that a conversation with someone sharing my table is nearly impossible. Not to mention trying to talk to/hear the waitress. Please, can we get rid of the music, select one game or sports event to play the sound to, and turn the volume down a bit? I know I’m not the only one thinking this.
I will give a shout out to the waitress, though. She did an excellent job of making sure I had everything I needed. She was always spot on without hovering. She deserves a raise!

All we ordered was 2 big salads and drinks! Took 1 hr to bring it out!
Wife asked for no ranch and they brought out with ranch all over it, had to wait 15 more minutes for another salad! Chicken overcooked on mine, almost burnt! We are usually very understanding with my wife working in the industry! server was also rude.

Typically, I don’t go to BWW because it’s been my experience that the service is very rarely good. But, after tonight’s experience sitting at the bar, I will definitely be back! Julie was so prompt & friendly, made excellent food & drink recommendations & ensured that we were very well taken care of throughout the entire dinner. I will be a returning customer, preferably at the bar as the bartender here did a phenomenal job!

We had a great meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server, Alicia, was very nice . Her attentiveness was just the right amount . I actually mentioned to the manager that I would want her as an employee.

Wings were good, had traditional mild buffalo style and it was a slow heat. Good flavor. The parking lot looks empty after I walked in. There were several tables lots of TVs and good sports bar feel.

Had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings – Ozark. Joshua, the manager, stopped by our table to make
sure everything was perfect.. Fries, wings and smash burgers were amazing. Rockie, our waitress, made sure we were taken care of with a smile and kindness. Wish Columbia’s Buffalo Wild Wings was just like this one.

Ordered carryout night before Thanksgiving so we knew we’d have to be patient. Supposed to pick up at 720 pm nearly an hour later we received our food. Seemed like the order was correct…until we got home. Burgers were good. Tots and Wedges fine. Fries were ice cold.
But the wings were the primary issue. We ordered 3 orders of ten (one of their bundle specials) supposed to be one plain, one Asian & one jalapeño. What we got was 14 plain in one box, 5 desert heat dry rub and 7 asian. That is wildly inaccurate. You can be slow and accurate or fast and inaccurate…to combine them into the worst combination seems like a real insult to their customers.

Our family was taken care of by Heather tonight. She was very patient and kind. We also met a girl named Madison who stepped in and helped when she didn’t have to with no problem. The food was great, the garlic parm wings were my favorite.

Ordered through door dash, tots were very cold, wings were room temperature. Driver did miss turn. Totally delivery time 25 min. Have ordered the same thing before and everything was warm at least.
