I’m going to start with, I really don’t like to leave negative reviews. Because humans are humans and situations happen. However. Placed a to go order. Was given order 20 minutes after I was told it would be ready and it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes to get corrected order and existing order got cold. Was given bone in and not boneless wings. Multiple employees walking around and no one helping the 1 employee at the front counter.. this was a random Tuesday night. Then, when I did finally receive my order Chellssie had a poor attitude and refused to review my order with me. My food was similar to pieces of popcorn chicken from Sonic. Their service would have at least been better. And the boneless wings, that I took home were completely inedible. Cooked to a burnt crisp. No chicken meat even in them. The crusty pieces at the bottom of the bag. What a joke, considering this is a corporation! That was $50 dollars worth of money spent on trash.
Edit- manager Ryan refunded complete order. Said will receive in 3-5 days. But review still needs to be seen by the public, so they know what to expect from this place.

The hostess had to wipe down our table because it was disgusting and apparently no one told our waitress we were in her section, so that’s a fun way to start. After she realized we were there she took really good care of us but the food is TERRIBLE.
I ordered the triple bacon smasher and my wife got the wings. The bacon was jerky, burnt, dry, and just generally awful, had to take it off. The “patties” were also burnt, dry, and flavorless. The wings had no flavor from honey BBQ to sweet BBQ, all of them were hard as hockey pucks, and the fries were so over salted that you couldn’t taste anything else.
I get that it’s supposed to be bar food but that was worse than any dive bar anywhere would serve. All that for $60. Not worth it, try anywhere else other than this place if you want the sports bar experience.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings because of Lia. There was no wait time, yet I was made to wait over 15 minutes for my food while multiple other customers received theirs. I could clearly see my food sitting behind the register getting cold while Lia did nothing about it. On top of that, her attitude was disrespectful and dismissive when I asked about my order. This was poor customer service and completely unacceptable. I expect better treatment and basic respect as a customer.

We ordered out at work tonight and my food was not included but paid for. When we called, they said they’ll make one but I have to go get it – if that were an option we wouldn’t have ordered delivery in the first place. And they would not refund the cost either. Super great service.

A little over 9 months ago I had written a pretty rave review of this location as they went above and beyond at the time. Since then, we have ordered at least once each month and things have progressively gotten worse culminating to today’s visit. Our order was placed through their app and stated the food would be ready by 12:00. There were some customers inside seated and one other customer waiting for a pick-up order so by no means was the staff in the middle of a lunch rush. At 12:28 the food was finally brought out missing the extra ranch that we had paid for. Upon further inspection (of course after we had left the store) we found that 6 wings were missing, the chicken had been over cooked, very dry, and lacked sauce. This is polar opposite to the amount of sauce the location previously applied to the wings in years past. We had corrected previous issues to this point either at the time of pick-up or over the phone but after today, we are pretty irritated and don’t see the need to keep notifying the store if things don’t seem to get better. As this is the only store location within 30 miles, there are not a lot of options so would HIGHLY recommend checking your order prior to leaving as well as making sure to say something if things are wrong. It is evident with recent reviews we are not the only ones having issues but maybe, with enough feedback, management will begin to get things back to how they use to be. We will be avoiding BWW for a while in hopes they can turn things around.
