When we walked in the waitresses were arguing about who got us, they all seemed pretty young. We went in during a Chiefs game, around 3:30 so was pretty busy but the environment was awesome! Our server was not very intentive, but was nice. Food was amazing, wasn’t a huge fan of the pretzel bites though. The cheese was not what I was expecting, it tasted like velveeta cheese. Super excited that they have smash burgers though, definitely would get again! Will go back

Of the two BWW in the northland this is by far the better one. Easier to get in and out with your food order and are often far more organized than the Liberty location. Other than some odd food preparation on our last order – where they appeared to pour the sauce in the container and then place our wings in top of the sauce – they are traditionally spot on with food prep and delivery. A favorite stop for a quick grab and go meal. Order through the app and earn your points for free food. You deserve it!

It had been years since we’d eaten here and it’s extremely likely we will never be back. We ordered online for pick up. When my partner arrived he was basically ignored. He let them know he was there to pick up and the food came out and sat for five minutes before he had to be like “Are you sure that’s not mine?” It was. The tater tot deals were so heavily coated in that Chipotle seasoning that they looked burnt. They were a bright rust color which isn’t what the pics look like and they were so foul tasting, we didn’t eat them. We got a mix of boneless and bone in wings. My kids who normally like any sweet bbq boneless piece of chicken, thought it was atrocious. The fries were dead and the veggies were rotten. The celery was literally rotting slimy and brown. A huge disappointment and waste of $$.

The wings were absolutely NOT worth the price tag they have on them. I mean they are exceptionally small. Also, fries were cold and hard. The server was kind and friendly and helped us when we brought up an issues. He made the trip worth being there, but the food is lacking quality control.

The service was terrible. We were told three separate times, “just a minute,” while the waitress cashed someone out and said she’d be right with us. Instead, she went on to get drinks for two other tables before coming back again to tell us “one more moment.” When I asked if we could at least place our order, she said she was busy and there were only two servers—yet we could clearly see four working.
It took nearly 30 minutes before she finally took our order. Then she tried to bring out my fiancé’s food alone because it was ready, even though mine was still being made. We asked if the meals could be brought together, which seemed reasonable. At this point, we’ve now been waiting close to an hour, and our food still hasn’t arrived. Chicken was burnt. Bun was stale

Was a busy Saturday night and it was packed. Yet. We were in and out on 55 min and our wings were fantastic. Our waitress was superb and friendly. TVs were numerous and strategically placed for ease of watching the variety of popular sporting events available. Could keep the floor a bit less messy. But all in all a great experience.

Friendly staff. The food was great. There wasn’t a long wait time. The music is trendy but family friendly. There are enough TVs in here playing as many games as possible and the staff will find you a seat with a good view to the game you want. The food is delicious. Not very greasy. You can do combos on set numbers of wings or pick your own numbers and flavors. 10/10 will go again.

We don’t ever complain but my husband ordered 20 boneless wings, they were hard as a rock to where the fork won’t even stab in it. I had 10 boneless wings and they were the same way. Both orders of wings were in hard crumbles with no meat, and dry as hell. The fries were overcooked. We won’t be going back to this location ever again. The waitress Randa was super sweet and understanding, we appreciated how nice she was to me and my husband.

Great establishment with a vast menu and to tier management! Manager, Gabby, is active throughout the store during our visit! If she’s working, you’ll see her multiple times! “Nikki and Sherman” are outstanding bartender’s and treat everybody with respect! We’re amazed at how well both of them remember drinks and preferences for each of us! The food is always prepared well, fresh, great taste and temperatures! The drinks are cold and flavorful! Impressive! Keep up the great work!

Ate lunch there today. The drumlets were so small and dry I couldn’t eat them.
Used to really love to eat there! Never again!
Showed the manager how small dried out and crunchy they were and he acted as if he could care less!
