The wings and unexpected bottomless appetizers were the highlight of the visit. If you go, the bottomless appetizers are worth every penny. For $9.99 we were able to get fried pickles, chips with salsa, onion rings and fried cheese. Certainly not for the healthy eater, but would satisfy anyone looking for a carb fest. Add in 30 wings and easily feed a family of four. Strongly encourage the dry rubs. All the flavor, far fewer calories. Especially following so many appetizers.
Chalking it up to an extremely hot day, it was evident their HVAC was pushing its limits to stay operational. Though the place wasn’t more than 30% full, the waitstaff felt stretched covering their tables.

Very disappointed in our dinner experience that cost us $80. When we first arrived, we asked to be seated outside because it was a beautiful day, and the hostess/server gave us a look of annoyance and said “she’d have to check” even though there was clearly people eating out there already. When we got outside nearly 1/3 of the tables were still dirty. We were allowed to pick where we wanted to eat, but there weren’t many options given the condition of the tables. We even had to ask our server to clean our table off (which should have been a given for any patron). When we got our “10 boneless wings,” they were absolutely tiny. We literally got chicken scraps (see photos). And my son, who ordered traditional bone-in wings, got boneless. We were going to overlook it, but when we got our tab, it charged us $3 extra dollars for traditional. When we asked for it to be corrected, the manager said he couldn’t change it because we had already been served our food. Are you kidding me? You’re gonna charge us more for your mistake? I didn’t punish our server, as he did a nice job, so he got a full tip, but I definitely wouldn’t eat there again. Food is mediocre at best and environment is a mess. Bathrooms were a complete mess too. 1 star for us.

Ordered lunch for the whole family, my husband went to pick it up, and when he returned home, we were missing multiple items. Cheese curds, mac and cheese, 4 orders of fries, 3 kids chocolate milks and all the sides of ranch. If we were missing 1-2 items, I would have chalked it up as a simple mistake and wouldn’t have reacted this way. But to miss that many items is unacceptable. Could my husband have opened every single container and caught this before he left, yes. But it should not be the customers responsibility to check the employees job!! Take out orders are not something out of the ordinary. This is a lack of responsibility, quality, attention to detail, and integrity. Do not recommend ordering from this location until some serious evaluation is done on the staff and their ability to follow simple instructions. As a manager, I would have zero pride in the efficiency of my team.

One of the best BWW in the city. I haven’t been to BWW in years, and this one was very busy when we arrived, so we sat at the bar. The bartender Keisha was the only one at the bar but she was fast with taking care of servers and everyone while chatting with our group. The servers picking up order were also kind and social. The food was great although the wings look a bit smaller than I remember, but still really good and the wedges were great. We got drinks and they were strong and good as well. Definitely recommend coming back to see Keisha and the Zona crew if you’re in the Zona area.

Went to pick up, had to tell them she ordered a drink so I had to show them the receipt, no big deal. Get home and took a look at the size of these “wings” and was very disappointed. And half have almost zero to little sauce. I dont expect much anymore from places that serve food but cmon, this is a little below average

We came to this location for the first time and the bartender named Keisha was so amazing. She took the time to get our orders right and her overall service was amazing! Kansas City needs more people like here. Our friend is from Puerto Rico and she took the time to understand him and he was so excited and appreciative of her service. All around her service was at 1,0000.

Went in late after work with a co-worker of mine, and had AMAZING service and good food! The bartender/our server Ashley was working all over the place and was very personable!! Working in a restaurant myself, the food was good but I’d definitely come back because of the service! We need more people out there like Ashley…. thank you!

Our server, Olivia was seriously amazing. She was very patient with us and had no problem explaining all the different flavors of the menu. Whether it was the house beer or all the different flavors of the wings. Very easy to talk to, personable, and funny. Definitely took care of us tonight and the food was awesome. The service was definitely the best I’ve experienced and why I’m rating five stars.

We were seated without a menu. It took a while until we had to get someone’s attention and let them know we had no menus. After our drink order was taken, they brought my partner the wrong drink and then proceeded to forget that they needed a straw after we asked three times for one. I had to go and ask someone for a damn straw. After our food was brought, it was cold and tough to eat. The wedges that I ordered were not cooked well, and my partners wings that were supposed to have sauce, was literally dry. We have been to multiple Wild Wings before and have never experienced such a mess and mismanagement. Definitely won’t come back and will let people know to never come here. The service was incredibly horrible.
