I usually like the food, but during my last online order i received this wing. I get it, feathers happen, but this seemed excessive…when i called to ask if it was normal, the woman just laughed and said yes…if you want a place with no quality control and cold food, this is your best option.

Will not be returning. Went on Friday night, and waited 2 hours! I totally understand an hour when its a busy Friday night, but never 2. There was plenty of seating available, so we were seated fairly quickly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Took nearly an hour to get the appetizer. The waitress sat it down, and said it was nice and hot. Wrong! Barely luke warm. Didn’t take issue with that. We still had hope at that time that the rest of the meal would be good. There was just 2 of us, but we sat and watched tables of 4 or more that were seated after us get served their meals. At an hour and a half my husband finally gets his salad. At 2 hours the waitress proudly plops our wings down. My husbands wings were not fresh from the fryer hot, but they were toasty and delicious. Mine were cold and disgusting. If it were the kitchen that was backed up as the waitress said wouldn’t the food we finally received be hot????? I don’t understand this at all. I sent my wings back, and we asked for a to go box for my husbands. At that point we had already been there over 2 hours, and no longer wanted to be there. The waitress did take off for our drinks, and took my wings off the bill since I technically didn’t even get any. As we were leaving a couple that was seated at the same time we were was getting their check as well. They had never even received their food. What is going on with this place?? I hear everyone raving about the food, and my experiences have been horrible.

We ordered take out and when we got home we noticed that the fries were burnt beyond the point of eating them. They had the consistency of veggie straws. The cheese curds were burt as well. The wings were not tossed. Just sauce poured over wings in a box. The only silver lining is that they remade the food but refused to refund anything. Keep in mind that means we had to make an extra trip to their location to get the food that should have been made right the first time. Not worth the money or time. Any other location will give you better service.

Our server Sherry was absolutely amazing. Really went out of her way to get a certain drink we wanted made. And the manager Jerry was awesome and made sure everything was great. Great location! Great food and drinks!!

I don’t know what her role is, but Erin was the least accommodating and least pleasant member of staff I’ve ever encountered here. I’ve been a consistent customer for years and the service was just unacceptable. Morally reprehensible. Please take action.

Frankly it shouldn’t matter if I know someone who works at this location or not. There’s absolutely NO reason that 70% of the time I have gotten food from here my food is either not what I ordered (after specifying what is it that’s wanted) or the food is old and stale. That is absolutely ridiculous. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this particular location to ANYONE and the only reason I even eat here is because someone I know works here. What a shame.

First time back in about 3–4 years. The last Buffalo Wild Wings we visited (in Virginia) was much better, so we had higher expectations.
We ordered takeout using the 2 for $20 deal. The wings were cold even though we live only 5 minutes away. Teriyaki sauce was overly salty with no real flavor, Lemon Pepper was underwhelming, and honey barbecue was just okay but again, cold.
The fries were extremely dry, the celery had brown ends like it was starting to go bad, and the chocolate cake was very dry as well.
Overall, not worth the money. I don’t see myself returning to this location.

I’ve been to this location several times with no issue. Tonight my family and I were seated, 25 minutes went by and I asked the hostess if someone would at least bring us some drinks. I was greeted with attitude for my request. Waited another 2 minutes, and still no service. We decided to leave since we were seated for almost 30 minutes with no service.

There were two separate instances the last two weeks where friends and I have been to this location and there was terrible service. The first time I was with two friends and we asked for an outdoor table after meeting with a hostess up front. We were sat and were outside for 30 minutes before we gave up and came back in. We went back up to the hostess desk and explained we had been outside and no one had some out to help us. They apologized, got us a new table and new server who was great and the manager gave us a discount. Seemed like an honest mistake. However, we went back the week after with a few more friends to use the discount they had given us for the bad service the previous week. The SAME thing happened where we were seated, this time inside, right on the other side of the hostess desk, and we were forgotten about. We went 45 minutes without service until we eventually went up to the food pickup counter and got someone to serve us. They explained no one wrote our table down in whoever’s section we were sat in. We ate $120 worth of food for six people and they took our discount of 2 $10 coupons from the week before and then only took off an extra $10 bucks and a few small items off the whole order to compensate us for the terrible service, even after they recognized us from the week before. Still ended up paying $90 for no service half the time we were there. We will not be back to this location ever again. Please keep in mind they were not packed or super busy either of the times we had bad service or were forgotten about.
