If you’re looking for a place where time stands still, this is it. Waiting nearly an hour for food is apparently part of the “experience,” and it’s especially exciting when it arrives cold. Really builds character.
Service is impressively hands-off — our waitress checked on us about every 30 minutes, whether we needed it or not (we did). Drink refills are more of a self-reflection exercise than a provided service, and getting attention requires advanced flag-down skills.
Bonus points for the entertainment policy: they weren’t *sure* they could turn on a SLU basketball game because they once got a bad Google review about not having music on at a sportsbar. Bold operational strategy there.
Cold wings, mystery policies, and a hide-and-seek style of customer service — highly recommended if you enjoy dinner with a side of confusion and endurance training.

Haven’t been to a BDubs in a few years, but this experience was amazing. Nicely prepared dishes, generous sauce amounts, and well placed on our trays. Raphael was a delight and kept us loaded on drinks and supplies the entire time. Even let us try a limited time sauce before deciding on it.

Have to say what a great meal this was yesterday. From being greated at the door, to great service and the food being the best we have had at Buffalo wild wings. We used to go to a different location but switched to this one because of how bad it was. So glad we did. Keep it up and shout out to the cooks for Perfect food. Thanks again..

every time that i have been to this buffalo wild wings location the service is slow and i feel as if i am not heard. other people were tended to before me and all of my food (appetizer AND main meal) were brought out at the same time. what’s the point of an appetizer at that point? my order was also incorrect TWICE after waiting for at least 45 minutes just for food, i just went to five guys and got a burger instead. this location is awful and i recommend literally any other location.

My blood sugar plummeted while waiting on our food, and our waitress, Mallory, went above and beyond to find something sugary so I wouldn’t pass out. Her service was fantastic. Food was great and it came out fast.

Ordered grilled chicken and it came out fried but worse than that when I did get grilled chicken it was extremely undercooked/raw. Server and manager were VERY apologetic and seemed appalled at the whole situation and I thanked them for that, but I’ll never go back.

We’ve been here several times, always pretty on point. It’s a chain, so things are using pretty consistent but yesterday it was a mess. Our server was good, but the getting the food was Noticably slow, over 20 minutes. Then the “ultimate nachos” were anything but as you can see. The server even apologized as she was giving them to the table, and said her manager wouldn’t include any more cheese or toppings without an extra charge. I know we’ll be back, but I hope it’s better than this. Hope this isn’t a new norm.

Shayna was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling overbearing. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and her timing was spot-on the entire meal. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does… it made the whole experience so much better. The food was great, but Shayna’s service is what made it memorable. If you come here, definitely ask for Shayna!! She is the kind of server that turns a nice dinner into a great one!
