don’t even know where to start… my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was a complete disaster. My food arrived cold, the fries were so soggy and limp they were literally inedible, and the ranch cups? Not even half full—what kind of joke is that?! I’ve never been so let down at a restaurant in my life. This wasn’t just a meal.. it was an insult to anyone with taste buds. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, this visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a disappointment. The food quality fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from the brand. My wings were overcooked, dry, and barely had any sauce on them. The fries tasted stale—like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for days.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, and it just didn’t feel like anyone on staff was invested in the customer experience. It seemed like the team had checked out, and management wasn’t paying attention. Definitely not the game-day atmosphere or food I was hoping for.

Our recent dining experience at this restaurant was quite enjoyable. Although there was a slight delay in receiving our meals, it allowed us more time to talk, which is one of the reason for dining out. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the exceptional potato wedges, particularly when paired with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing. The appetizer with the trio dips and chips was pretty tasty too.

Called BWW on Christmas eve to verify their hours. The man who answered the phone told me they were open until 5:30 pm. I then placed an order at 3:45 pm online for pickup at 4:45. I was on my way to the restaurant to pick up my food when I received a phone call at 4:38 stating they didn’t have any burgers and would I like them to make something else or cancel my order. I stated they could cancel my order. However, since I was already on my way there and had to also visit another business in the area, as I drove past BWW at 4:50 I noticed the restaurant was completely dark and the employees were walking to their cars. I have no problem with businesses closing early on Christmas eve, I believe everyone should get to spend time with their families, but just say that instead of lying about being out of food. I never received a order cancelation email and I still have not received my refund.

I have ordered from this Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times and everytime my order has had missing items, I’ve had the entire order wrong, and the food quality had been poor. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever.
I ordered the Street Taco with chips and salsa. I did not receive any salsa, and the chips were stale and half the quantity I usually receive. The street tacos were an absolute joke. Barely any chicken, and missing condiments. The tortillas were hard and the chicken was dry and old. It was inedible.
A coworker told me they ate here last week and there was hair in her food and the quality was terrible.
Can you guys do better, please??

There was a guy with an indescribable hair color. It looked patchy gray, but he was nice, he was the topic of the night. The food was left under the warmer for a very long time. It was cold and sauce was dried up. The waiter did keep us up to date on our drinks which were good. I suggest ordering the Salted Caramel Expresso that’s it.

The food was good, but the service was very, very slow, despite the restaurant not being busy. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and all you can eat chicken. We also waited for our first drinks for quite a while. I don’t believe the waitress smiled once. The atmosphere was nice and subtle.

The whole place dead at 4pm? That should have been my sign to give up on it before entering the restaurant.
Not one customer inside eating, nor even sitting at the bar…. patio closed for unclear reasons, and incompetent staff who can’t even pull off giving a family of 6 a menu to take out to the car to look over so we could even order take out… the “only” menu available to look over for take out is the one glued down to the counter….. I’m not hauling a carload in to look over something standing at a counter to order 1 at a time. Not sure what would have been so difficult about handing me one of the in house menus to borrow and bring back in to place the order. I would use phone to look it up, but this is located in the middle of dang near nowhere, and phones aren’t reliable out here….
So good job losing out on $150+ tab (plus the 20% tip)

We went to sit down and the lady was seating us and someone ran out of the kitchen yelling no no no. We aren’t taking anyone else. The lady said you need to go someplace else we are on a 45 min stop. This was at 4:30 on a Saturday. Maybe 3 tables in the restaurant where full.

Long wait. Cold food. Improperly prepared. Anything fried that was not wings looked and tasted as if it was cooked hours ago. Wings were room temperature so not terrible. Forgotten items or only half of what we ordered. Literally EVERYTHING was messed up in some way. It’s sad because I edited my review. Used to be a 4/5 and was a solid place to eat ESPECIALLY in person. There was no way to report any problems either whether it was from BDubs or DoorDash, as I said both had problems. Hopefully the trend of issues, in store and delivered, is temporary but I can’t recommend them until further notice
