Went last Saturday March 1st at lunch time with my boyfriend. Place was busy so we expected a wait for our food. We don’t mind waiting for hot fresh food. However, when the food arrived over an hour after ordering it, the place was not as busy and the food was not fresh or warm at all. The wings were also tiny and sad looking. Overall we felt the food was overpriced for what you get. The ladies restroom ceiling tiles have mold growing. The music was loud and not a good variety for everyone. The server was nice to us. We normally order from home through DoorDash and have similar overall experiences with the quality of the food and amount of time it takes. That was in part why we wanted to try the in person experience to see if we had better results. My son and his girlfriend went in to the same location on Sunday the 2nd and had the same experience as us. For all four of us, we won’t be back to this location.

Upon entering, there were several families waiting to be seated. Most of the tables were open and the hostess was nowhere to be found. We joined the waitlist and waited for 25 minutes to be seated. We figured good food was worth the wait. 45 minutes later we still did not have our food. When we asked the server about this, her response was “it’s been like this all day. I will go check.” 15 minutes later she still did not return to tell us the status. We left.

I typically go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Thursday for the BOGO deal. Food is fresh and tasty every time I come here. Can’t recommend this place enough to relax and enjoy an evening. Anthony can hold a great conversation and pour a great beer.

We came in for dinner last Friday evening and sat in the bar area. We had the black bean burger and the buffalo chicken wrap—both were excellent. The service was great, and our server, John, took wonderful care of us. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately in my top 10 least favorite experiences at a restaurant. It’s Saturday during lunch time so I do expect the place to be busy. My wings came out luke warm and took a long while to come out and the side with my meal came out after my entree. Ordered a cookie skillet which took 25 minutes to come out. The pan and cookie were cold and the ice cream was melted. Very disappointing experience

This is one of our favorite BWW locations to frequent. The store is always clean, bathrooms are always stocked with toilet paper (as they should be lol – you’d be surprised how many other restaurants we visit that have no tp in their stalls!), and the wait staff is always friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs. Thanks BDub’s Edwardsville for being so great!

It was not a good experience. We sat in line waiting for the table and the few people behind us. They got seated after us and had service before me and my family. I will say the server was really nice. The food was awful. We even had bugs in the drinks. Don’t think I would ever recommend this place.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it would be like to survive on a deserted island with no contact with people and no food come to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Edwardsville. After waiting for our appetizers and salads for 45 minutes with empty drinks we resorted to scraping gum off the bottom of the tables for sustenance. After caressing our concern to a very disinterested server (MARIA) we were completely blown off. Our appetizers finally arrived after an hour and were cold. 45 seconds after our appetizers arrived here came our wings, also cold. The cherry on top was the DIRTY BOWL that our salad came in. If you enjoy being tortured this is the place for you.

The wait to be seated took forever. The wait for food took forever. We watched several people walk out because they were waiting to be seated. It is clear there is not enough wait staff. Our servers seem to be working very hard, bit are most likely overwhelmed with too many tables or responsibilities. This has been our experience the last few times. For the overpriced food and drinks, this type of wait is NOT worth it. I actually feel bad for the servers. As far as atmosphere, the TVs have good content, but they are outdated and screens are damaged. Clearly owners don’t invest in updates. Also, didnthe seasoning salt lid come off on my fries???
