Our waitress, Mae, was superb.
Nothing else was even good.
We walked in at 4:00, or grid was delivered at 4:59. We were one of two, count em, two tables in the restaurant.
When we walked in, there was a woman sitting right next to the front desk.
After waiting 5 minutes, someone else seated is. It turns out, this was the manager. She never spoke to us.
When our food arrived, the em was cold.
Unfortunately, this is not our first bad experience with this franchise. It’s really gone downhill.

Just go to McDonald’s. My husband’s chicken wings still had feathers on them. No joke. Pics provided. He ordered 15 wings with 2 different sauces and the wings came out as 3 sauces that he didn’t order and they never brought his side. When we told the waiter, he acted like nothing happened and brought back 5 wings…..of the wrong sauce. And even after all that, we still had to fight to get the wings and side taken off our bill. Oh and our waiter kept avoiding our table after he messed the sauce up the second time. And then dropped the bill on the table as he passed our table quickly. All around, really terrible service from all and the food was disappointing.

I went to the Danville Illinois location 2/11/26 8:30 pm ish. There was somewhere an around 30 people seated. I noticed a man waiting, who seemed upset, then I saw the sign, it said. Wait time 1.5 hrs, no one spoke to me, so I left. I will not be back to that location.

Got here at noon, still here waiting for our check at 1:45. Not busy at all. Also my wife and another person indoor party ordered potato wedges with shredded cheese, when the order was brought out they had no cheese on the wedges. They asked to have cheese put on them the waiter took them back to the kitchen, about 15 minutes later he brought out their order, new wedges with cheese, but the wings were the same and sat under the warmer the whole time. Pretty sad what this place has become. I will not step foot in their particular B-Dubs again.

I feel bad for the owners, horrible service seems to be all their employees can provide anymore. They are paying people to destroy their business. I sat at bar for 15 minutes while bartender was joking with people, when she came over I gave my food request in full. As she was walking away she stopped to visit with a friend, then went back outside. I cancelled order and left. They can’t get it together. To the owner, I have given you my feedback, I will not visit another website to do the same. There is nothing to make it right, this has been a problem for you for sometime and you are not fixing it. I will not be back no matter what, until I see current positive reviews. I value my time more than you value this business.

Went to the Danville restaurant with my wife and 2 adult sons to watch the Notre Dame – Miami game last night. Not crowded – seated rather quickly. Server was prompt – took drink order for the 3 of us that arrived first and brought them quickly. Last son arrived about 15 minutes later and again received drink quickly.
Order was taken when we were ready and then almost everything went south.
They had trouble getting a nationally televised game on even one TV (finally did get it on 2 others) located in places that some had to turn heads sideways to see. That somewhat negated the whole purpose of going there.
Getting our order was the biggest issue (and the reason my wife and I havent been to this restaurant for several years). It took over 30 minutes to get an order that included wings – chicken strips – and two sandwiches.
My feeling is that either kitchen equipment or staff is insufficient to handle even a moderate number of orders. I can’t imagine what the wait would have been if the restaurant had been busy.
The food (when it finally arrived) was pretty good and the prices seemed fair.
If you have plenty of time – are there to socialize with friends or family – or share a favorite televised sporting event this restaurant MAY be a good choice.

took over an hour to get our food when we were the only ones in the building. then we we finally got our food after about an hour and a half it was all cold. also took forever to get the tickets couldn’t even enjoy the food.
