Shoutout to AJ at Buffalo Wild Wings for hooking it UP on my takeout order! From the moment I walked in to pick up my food, he made sure everything was right and that I was happy before I left. He had such a positive attitude and really showed care, even though it was just a pickup order. It’s easy for takeout to feel rushed, but he made sure I felt taken care of. The food was great, but the kindness made it even better. Thank you, AJ I appreciate you more than you know!!

The 4 stars is for that burger ! Lunchtime seemed light but there was only 1 server. She was trying to be every job. Maybe the rest of the food would be better w an extra server. My daughters food was mid. Drinks need some help. Fries were semi warm. BUT My BURGER 10/10 They could improve w the right MGT.

I stopped in here because I had a gift card in my wallet to use and figured I’d get some wings on my day off. I got an order of onion rings and 10 wings. I was shocked and an order of onion rings is $10 at Buffalo wild wings which seems wildly overpriced considering they are no different than onion rings I get anywhere else for half that price. The wings I got were okay nothing spectacular however all the food came out cold despite the fact there was only about three tables active… it wasn’t busy and they seem to be bringing it right out after it was prepared which I thought was very odd that they managed to bring me hot wings that were not even hot. I would describe them as just barely warm over room temperature. It really made me wonder how they were preparing these and what was going on in that kitchen.

Ordered food on app tonight, waited past the time it was suppose to be done. Got home and missing a 10 piece bone in and cheese curds and called store to talk to a manager and they said they are too busy to talk to me. I just want my money refunded for the food I did not get and called back again to be placed on hold. Young man said manager is too busy and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I want my money back for the missing food. I spent $139 and missing a whole meal on New Year’s Eve and I live 30 minutes away. I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings, Managers should handle mishaps when they are at fault.

It was good. Our food arrived after a longer wait than usual. The friesvwere okay in taste but they were cold. The chicken tenders tasted weird. The server didn’t charge us for them. She did bring us some hot fries. She was a good server.

If u order take out, good luck! Every time I order from this location I am missing part of my order or it is made incorrectly. I have sent 4 to 5 emails asking to be contacted silence, no one ever contacts.im done ordering from this location until I’m contacted about the shitty service, the wrong food, I’m tired of wasting my money on a place that doesn’t take complaints seriously.

Service is very slow and unpashionate. The food is decent but wings are undersauced. Don’t try to get any extra ranch or blue cheese, the staff will say okay and then not bring it. If you remind them they seem very annoyed. Atmosphere is great, traditional sports grill tastes to catch the action. They can not figure out how to accommodate large groups.

I never leave negative reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I feel the need to warn people who want to go here.
I want to preface that we came in a little later. Around 10pm, we were seated quickly by our hostess (possibly the only good portion of the night). We were able to decide what we wanted fairly quickly…but we didn’t even get asked about drinks until at least 15 min. My husband had time to go to the bathroom and return, to still not having our drink order in.
So we waited. Our server didn’t ask about appetizers. He checked in once to tell us the bar was STILL making our drinks (a strawberry lemonade and a strawberry marg). A lady ended up bringing us our drinks (from the bar, I presume) directly.
With the amount of time we waited for our food, we thought everything was going to come out fresh. We were sorely disappointed because by the time our food came out, fresh was not nearly the description.

On my end, I was supposed to have asian zing boneless wings with blue cheese and fries.
For my husband, spicy garlic boneless wings with blue cheese and onion rings.
I was given a tray of asian zing boneless wings as promised, but 3 ranch cups?? And 4-5 onion rings
My husband had his spicy garlic wings that were GREATLY oversalted to the point that I was coughing and couldn’t finish the bite I had. And we love salt. He got my fries, which were STALE. and? 3 cups of ranch for him, too. And yes, we got charged for 2 extra said ranch that we didn’t ask for!
It was hard to get the server’s attention, and we ended up asking someone else who checked in on us for our check.
Unbelievable. The food had obviously sat, the wings were cold, the sides were stale, the ranch that came from nowhere was charged to us…
And the server was inattentive.
We will not be returning to this location and are greatly disappointed.

We waited 20 minutes for service, 20 minutes for our drinks, and 20 more for the food. When the food arrived, it was cold. The wings looked like they sat for a bit, the fries tasted stale, and the Spicy Garlic wings I ordered had way too much salt. Not even mentioning the fact that the sauce had congealed from sitting too long and the wings themselves were cold. I was expecting a nice night out with my spouse, but we got a disappointing experience instead. I will not be visiting this location again.

Also, people in the kitchen were looking at us, noticing that we were standing there waiting and no one said anything still.
