Has to be the absolute worst Bdubs i have ever visited. I was seated and waited for almost 40 minutes without having my order taken. The picture in this review is ny wife and I’s empty drinks we finished while still waiting to order food. After a long wait, I finally grabbed a different waitress than mine who kept walking by us and acting like we weren’t there. She aaid she could get us a managaer, that took another 10 minutes. Eventually someone, maybe a manager maybe the waitresses boyfriend, idk because the mans was wearing nothing indicating he worked there, no nametag, no bdubs shirt, just an attitude abs a hipster hat worn cocked sideways like a teenager. All he did was argue that he didnt know how long we have been waiting so it wasnt an issue. He was more interested in fighting about the amount if time we were there then bejng helpful. Ill nwver return.

Previously we dined in. We praise our waiter/server Tyler! Excellent Service. Lunch time around noon. Our food was done in reasonable time. Our drinks never went dry. Super friendly, quick and efficient! Gave us a wonderful dining experience. Thank you! 🙂
Hopped on the delivery train. Man oh man today was probably the first time my Sweet BBQ wings were done to perfection 10/10. Awesome! Not 1 complaint. Everything was fresh and delicious! Keep it up!

Waitress was very nice. Wings were very dry like they sat out. Onion rings were tasteless, the pickles…..not even sure if it was a pickle. Mozzarella sticks were so so. Very unimpressed. Will not return the macomb location.

Love this Buffalo Wild Wings location! I have been eating here for the last 2 years while working in town. The staff here is AMAZING!!! From Brittany, Parker, Addy, and Brad, they all took great care of me over the last 2 years! The kitchen staff made some great food as well! I will miss seeing the staff and eating here as I won’t be back working in the area. If you find yourself in Macomb and need a good meal, BWW is a great option and they are open late as I would have gone hungry many nights had it not been for their late night hours. Thanks again BWW for taking great care of me!

The, whom I guess was the manager, guy named Scott was phenomenal. The timeframe for takeout is usually 5-10 minutes behind, but he was visibly working hard and took responsibility by making sure my order was handled. I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with good ol “BDUBs”. This is usually a spot I would avoid because it is so “commercialized”, but here in Macomb, they are actually rather humble.
They always have the best games on and the place is clean. The staff seems to be friendly and our waitresses are always attentive.
With all that being said…..I would only recommend dine in or actual pick up. I have door dashed BDUBs before and it was a total let down!!

We went very early, so it was not busy, not too loud, and our server was incredibly attentive. Our drinks were refilled before we even thought to request it. 10/10 service.
I’m not the biggest fan of their food. The wings were overdone and hard to chew. The sauce drenched the wings too much. And the fries were subpar. They know how to do a great spicy sauce though.
Wouldn’t come back for the food. But, would recommend for large parties needing good service!

I ordered takeout and they give my order to someone else. He brought the order back and they expected me to take it. I’m not accepting food after someone else has taken it out the door. It’s cold by then and I don’t know where it’s been or handled.

If this had been my first visit to a BWW I’d never go back. Service was slow both in the amount of time until the waitress arrived at my table and until my wings arrived. Dining area was 25% of capacity at the most.
I go to BWW to eat wings but my order of 15 wings only had 4 wings and 11 drums!
They were servicing the fire alarm system and set it off during the middle of lunch service to add to the loud atmosphere.
A disappointing experience.
