Walked in. Place had an abysmal stench. Went to a booth and the seat cushion was cracked more than Bonnie blue. It was very hot in there, and even hotter in the bathroom. However, the bathroom sink pressure was perfect, and i was content with the soap, although, i feel as if the paper towels would be much more convenient if they were mounted about a foot or so higher. You can’t see the paper towels when you are reaching for them, therefore, making it harder to grab them efficiently. Lemonade was good, cheese curds were good, aswell as the sauce that was served with them. Burger and chicken bacon ranch wrap were really good, possibly could maybe probably be described as exemplary. Wings were low on the sauce content(could be because it was ordered at round 9pm). We also received a mountain of napkins, which is amazing. By the time we had finished our food we had gone noseblind to the green aura. To-Go boxes were pretty innovative, possibly the best design i have seen! Server was friendly!

Ordered a Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with N0 onions and NO grilled onions. Received a Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with ONIONS AND GRILLED ONIONS. Side of frys were COLD and HARD, must have been sitting around for hours. Order of fried pickles were cold and hard. Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad, the chicken part was good, but there was very little leaf lettuce, most of it was stem and nodes (the hard bits). Ended up throwing the the vast majority of it away. What a senseless waste of money!

Lots of new things on the menu. I had a chicken wrap (my go-to pick) and the tortilla was stale unfortunately. Everything else was great. Kids meals come out early with appetizers or shortly thereafter which is nice if the kids eat slower than adults do. If not then you could possibly have a hiccup of kids being ready to go and you’re not. Overall it wasn’t very busy, food was fairly quick, and good. The rewards in the app are great!

We ordered 20 count wings, Mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, hatch queso, extra carrots/celery, and a side of buffalo sauce. The food was cold at pick up and half of the order was missing. We were missing 5 wings, the mozzarella sticks, hatch queso, side buffalo sauce, and the extra carrots and celery. With the tip I included it was about a $50 order using their direct website. After we called and returned for the rest of our order it took two more times to get it right. I don’t recommend ordering online through them or this location at all. This is the second occurrence of something like this happening.

if i could give it 0 stars i would. ordered 20 wings with fries online, said it would be ready in 15 minutes, cool. We waited another 12 minutes there for them to finish making our food, I get it. I’m expecting my food that I waited 30 minutes for to be FRESH. It was not fresh they gave us fries that have been sitting around for HOURS!! They were cold and hard as a rock and only 10 of our wings were fresh. The rest were very dry and cold. I would call to get a refund but I can only imagine the management wouldn’t do much to fix it. I will never be back here again. Never. go get you some wing stop instead

Well…..restaurant was dirty. Felt that way. All the booth seats are worn out with holes or about to have holes. I ordered tenders and got 3 boneless wings. Waitress was great and had to have my tenders remade. She did it without thinking, knowing order wasnt right. Wife’s boneless wings were so covered in sauce. Way to much and her wedges were all stuck together in one big clump. Only saving the meal was wife wanted to cookie dessert and it was great. Props on the dessert. Whole entire restaurant needs a make over. 5 stars to server.

Do not get the boneless chicken wrap- it was mostly batter, I would say 85% was batter and barely any chicken. Fries were hard like they had sat awhile and redipped it in the fryer but they did remake them for us and was actually really good. Service was slow. It must’ve taken 15 mins to get our drinks. This was our first time at a buffalo wild wings and i don’t see a reason to return.

Will mess your order up if you order online and even if they don’t your food will come rock solid and cold most of the time. Their cooks are too lazy to actually make good food and get the orders correct I always used to go here but as of late they’ve been doing nothing but not giving me what I paid for. Will definitely not be coming back to this location anymore. Service stinks too if your food isn’t on the takeout rack you’ll be waiting at least 10 mins for someone to greet you. Everyone here acts like they hate working lol. 0/5 stars would give it negative if I could.

Ordered online. Showed up to pick up my order and there was a line, ok no problem. The young lady working the carryout had no idea there was a line as she was standing in the back hanging out with the other employees. No one told her there was a line. No one looked at us standing there and said let me go check on your orders. The lady finally turned and say us all standing there and the came running. Took care of the first guy and went missing again. Came out with another person’s food who just got there. Then another lady came in and went to the front of the line and off she goes to get her food. The whole 10 mins I was standing there my food was sitting on the shelf getting cold. I had to stop another worker and asked if that was my order. I told her I’ve been waiting for 10 mins and not one person even looked at me. She said well here is this for you and walked off. These kids just don’t care about anything. Never going back.
