The reviews don’t lie. The service is so slow!!! We got seated right away. That was only fast part. It took almost an hour to get some boneless wings and a wrap. There were only a few other people there too. The wrap tasted like a dry taco. There wasn’t any sauce or flavor. The fries had so much salt you couldn’t eat them.

Husband and I did the $19.99 meal for 2 with a appetizer. We had the chicken buffalo dip for the appetizer, it is good but filling. It would be better for a small group rather than 2. Our server was very friendly. This was our first time at this location. There was some remodeling but didn’t interfere with service.

Got in the building at 5:20 pm didn’t get seated til 5:30ish the worker ended cleaning right in front of us with just a old looking wet rag there was still food on the floor, placed an order for the ultimate appetizer and it took an hr just to receive the food the food was hot but the chicken crispers were just glorified chicken tenders. The table I was seated at was also very cold from the window and cracks in the wall letting more cold air in. Overall probably my worst experience with food service in the Rockford area.

So as a single dad it’s not always easy finding places where a staff member will help watch your kids for a quick break to the bathroom, I just want to say super impressed by our server Kylie. She not only helped keep an eye out but played a quick game of trivia with them! Hope this reaches your manager Kylie because you are doing well and great to see a family restaurant help look out for families! A+ (my young daughter left her a note on our receipt telling her thank you!)

I don’t typically write reviews, but tonight i was appalled at the service I received. Me and my long time friend from out of town went in to enjoy a beer and some food. Everything went smoothly, until it didn’t!! We were able to get through our food and our first drinks before we were approached by the manger. AFTER the fact they had served us, Chase the Manager Told My friend his ID was fake and we could no longer be served.We asked if there is any other form of identification, he said yes a passport per say. So we friend pulled up a photo of his passport to prove his age. We were still refused after doing what was asked for identification. We then weren’t refunded our drinks.

Never go here if you want a good time.

Don’t tip ahead online – service may not be what you requested online. Delivery driver’s text said they would NOT hand the order (what I selected online and tipped for), but would leave it in a safe place instead. Why would I tip then? No one answered the phone # on text message when I called.

I hate to write this review, because I know there are people there doing the best they can, and I think that the problems that exist come from the corporate level. At the same time, if I get ripped off, I’m compelled to write a review.

Sunday, I ordered a carry-out order of wings, fries, and mac and cheese for me and my sons. After placing the order on the app, my email confirmation stated the order would be ready at 1:30. We arrived at that time to pick it up.

When we got there, there were about 6 people standing at the host station waiting for their orders, and there was no host there to help them. One woman said she’d been there since 1:00. It took about fifteen minutes for an employee to finally check on our order. After another ten minutes, we were told that our wings hadn’t even been started.

In the end, our food wouldn’t be ready until 2:30, an hour after we were told it would be ready. We only live about ten minutes away, so we went straight home and opened the order. The fries were cold and tasted stale. The mac and cheese was so cold it had hardened, and the wings were only a little warm, but were the only thing edible. Oh, and they shorted as an order of mac and cheese.

Generally, I understand if a restaurant is behind, and usually, when there is an issue with my order, the servers are very apologetic and comp the unsatisfactory items. There was no such thing here. The host was hardly apologetic, and when she saw we were upset, she said “I can get the manager if you want.” But given that the manager had been so scarce and hard to find before, we weren’t about to waste any more of our time.

I would never order carry out from them again.

this place is usually good when I order from here, the wings are great and the atmosphere when you go in is pretty good too.
but I decided to try their burgers for the first time tonight and I’m highly disappointed.
I cannot do sauce or cheese on burgers, it makes me really nauseous. I try to order one off the menu, but I don’t see any options with no cheese on the menu on doordash. so I order the bacon one with no cheese and no sauces specified along with some other things taken off. I want just bun, patty, lettuce, and the bacon. I get my order, and it has what appears to be extra cheese that’s soaked into the pattys, and the sauce is soaked into the bun and the lettuce. biggest waste of $20 I’ve ever spent, I couldn’t salvage any of it. usually the wings are good though.

Normally busy, which is great! Picked up a takeout order and had a minor issue, but Savanna, a manager I think immediately handled it and was so nice about it! Mistakes happen and I think she handled it well!!! Will be coming back!!! Thanks Savanna! Also … asked for my wings for EXTRA wet and she did not disappoint.

The waitress did what she could with what she was given. I’m sure she’d make tons more cash at a better establishment. The restaurant was freezing the food was cold when we got it… i will never go to this place again. Some people were in the place fist ✊️ fighting i have different ideas of dinner an a show. Lol
