Recently remodeled, this is a great place to watch sports. The food is just, well, buffalo wild wings food. There are times when we enjoy it, but most of the time we prefer the circuses to the bread. We’ve always been treated very well here since opening day, and we appreciate the addition of Pepsi Zero to the menu. We do, however, miss Buzztime trivia, which used to be required of all franchisees. Its replacement is, in a word, garbage so we don’t go there nearly as often as we used to. Nevertheless, it’s a welcome diversion for us with our grandchildren from time to time instead of a couple of times a week like in the old days.

Plenty of TVs playing a variety of sports games. Service is plentiful and pleasant. Good is great and comes out in a timely manner. Nothing bad so say about here. So if you want a place to relax enjoy a game and food this would be one of the spots to highly consider.

Change your fryer oil. The fries were cold and tasted like they’d be taken off the floor of a car after a week. I’ve seriously had a better chicken sandwich from McDonald’s, looked like it’d been stepped on. Voiced my displeasure to the server….who just walked away

I had boneless wings and french fries. They were obviously stale or reheated. Mysterious particles in my drink. Waitress walked away when we tried to voice our concerns. Menus were sticky. I am unable to reach out on the website as I was never given a receipt with an order number and the bourbanois Illinois location does not show up on their website.

Had a wonderful time with my students at the Bourbonnais/Bradley location. Waitress, Lisa, and GM Jaime (i think) provided great hospitality. Thank you for the great experience and good food. Definitely will come back.

Service was efficient. The wings were spicier than expected for mild but still good. The burger was ok. Had a strange aftertaste that was a bit off-putting. Loved the pretzel bites though!

Recent visit was carry out online order. They forgot our sauce. The wings were horribly small and way overcooked, dry and almost couldn’t chew some of it. My wife’s sandwich the cheesesteak was way smaller than mine and hardly had any meat on it. The potato wedges, 1st box was overcooked and unable to eat. The 2nd box was completely different and edible at least. I dont understand when we pay decent prices and get below standard food. This isn’t a one time issue. Quality has gone way down at this location. Do any of the managers check the food when it goes out. Do better.
Do better with your boneless wings. They are not cheap, so throwing in crumbs and counting it as a wing doesn’t count. The manager on duty on Tuesday, April 30th, seemed rude to his employees. Walking around yelling at them in front of customers.
