Unfortunately the so-called bartender couldn’t be bothered to serve us, take our order, offer us a menu or even welcome us. It seems that she was too busy introducing her husband (who was seated at the bar) to other customers. Good luck to the owner/manager who is paying her to serve drinks to her husband & friends while actual customers walk out.

Countless times of forgotten food for pick up orders almost always the extra fry or reward item. You get cold hard fries and either the wings have no sauce or they are drowning and soggy. I won’t ask for a refund or food replacement again because it’s just not worth it. We just won’t come back again and here is a picture of the hair by the way

Love their customer-friendly staff, great service, and variety of sauces.
Last night, with my family, we initially received wings that weren’t freshly made.
However, after notifying Melani,
she promptly replaced them with fresh, hot wings.
Thank you so much Melani due to this wonderful response we highly recommend all our friends to visit this place.
We enjoyed those wings with nachos, and our favorites are the Spicy Garlic, Thai Curry, and Asian Zing sauces.

Fix your app please! It’s been broken in various spots for way too long. The food is good most of the time, although some days the wings just look pathetic. The amount of seasoning is usually good, but some days there’s hardly any seasoning at all, while other days you’re drowning in it. It’s a BWW’s, so we keep coming back because most of the time it’s pretty good.

Took my cousin and sister for dinner. We were super excited. When we walked in there was a sign that said wait to be seated. After waiting 5 minutes a girl came up to us and said you can seat yourself.
Food took 42 minutes and it was cold. Also we had to tell the server that we still didn’t get our food. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to be extra. Server came to our table twice the whole experience. I think it was the manager that also came to bring our food, but she didn’t say anything to us even though she knew we waited awhile.
I can’t believe I’ve officially joined the internet karens lol. We didn’t complain and still tipped the waitress just wanted to let management know about our experience.
Ps. It wasn’t that busy

My family of five visited Buffalo Wild Wings in North Plainfield on Sunday, December 21st, arriving around 6:00 PM. We were seated promptly in a corner booth in the upper dining room, which initially gave us a good impression.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming by to take our drink order. There were at least four different servers working in that section, and despite making eye contact with multiple servers, no one acknowledged us or stopped at our table.
I eventually went to speak with the manager, who was working in the kitchen, to let him know we had been waiting for quite some time. He said he would check to see who was assigned to our table. By that point, my kids were already hungry and frustrated, and if it took that long just to place drink orders, we couldn’t imagine how long the food would take.
We decided to leave without ordering anything. Very disappointing experience, especially for a family with kids. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Went here today for the first time since moving to the area. The food was decent. Over the years the chicken pieces on traditional wings have become slightly smaller and I felt that the food was over cooked. The chicken wings were tough and pieces were hard to bite off due to over cooking or just not being good quality chicken.

April 2022 we shared the platter of ultimate nachos w cilien guacamole. Ordered boneless wings desert heat and parmesan garlic. Great flavors. Our hostess Kelly was friendly n fast.

I got a walk in order from BWW for the first time in forever. Honestly I’m having my pregnancy cravings and I was feeling so grumpy until I got my wings…. the manger Maureen was so helpful and kind even when I was being kind of rude for no reason. I appreciate the service from her and BWW
