Horrible experience and service december 28 . I went too watch the bears and the 76 st game . We where there for 3 hours the bartender at shift . Never came offer refills or to check on on us the entire time . I will never come back too this location . I just want address this problem to the store manager and district manager. U guys need better people doing this job horrible experience

Highly recommend the bottomless apps for 10! Everything but the queso and pickles was delicious. Even the wings were fire . The moz sticks were stringy. Only complaint was I wish the drink had free refills or atleast one extra refill for the price it is.

We went to this buffalo wild wings for wild card weekend and met friends about an hour before the bears game. The experience was terrible. I knew that it was going to be busy and wasn’t expecting them to be at their best, but of the five adults that ordered food 0 of the dishes came out correctly. Two us sucked it up and just ate our poor food, because it took a long time for the food to come. One of my friends never received food. She left two and a half hours after she got there. My wife, who sent her food back, received her food 90 minutes after sending it back. I spoke with the manager and server multiple times while waiting and all they could tell me was “sorry”. I will never be going back to this location.

Such a nice location. Employees were super kind and attentive. Our server Jackson was on top of his game. Food was absolutely delicious! The cobb salad was fresh, wings were juicy and the drink were strong and well worth every penny. The mozzarella sticks were not was soft but still tasty. They were busy as Sundays are in sports places but service was great. It was not the cleanest but there were a lot of kids on the surrounding tables so it wasn’t unexpected to happen. Overall great experience!

So to make this quick, I paid for the wings to be all flats but I got a mixed of drums and flats instead, the drums was so dry even with the sauce that you couldn’t even enjoy the bite even after the next day. So for 30 wings all I got was one container of ranch. Fries was not at all different from the entire order, it sucked! Probably the last time I would wanna place an order on here. Still give it a try maybe it just wasn’t how it’s supposed to be today. Who knows! Have a great day and happy eating!

One of the best restaurant and sports bar to have yummy spicy chicken wings in United States. They got 20+ sauces to taste. Nice ambience to dine in by watching the sport games. Alcohol lovers can enjoy that too along with yummy chicken wings.

This place absolutely is horrible. We ordered 20 boneless chicken wings for pickup. What we got was little chicken nuggets. My husband brought them right back in thinking they gave us the wrong order. The lady said that those were boneless wings. They were so small, cold, and very, very hard. Never ever again will we go there.

Me and my partner just came from here and the service sucked. I didn’t get the waiters name (she didn’t introduce herself at all) but she was horrible. She was visually high and kept forgetting to bring us stuff(drinks, lids,napkins,etc). She got our order wrong then told my partner he was in the wrong and they still tried to charge us for something we sent back !! Instead of $60(what it should’ve been) they tried charging us $80!!

I ordered 40 wings and was supposed to receive eight ranch sauces, but none were included with my order. When I called the store to let them know, I was told, “Sorry, ranch is free, and we miss things time to time.”
That response was dismissive and unacceptable. I can’t recall when any sauce was free. But Free or not, sauces are part of the order and expected with the wings. Poor customer service like this makes me think twice about ordering again.

First time going into this location. No wait time, fast seating. Our server was super friendly. Took our order for some appetizers and wings. Appetizer came out fast and hot from the kitchen. Ordered a spinach dip. It was yummy and was smothered with lots of cheese. Dinnet was wings with three types of sauces. When wings arrived, received two wrong sauces on wings. Did not realize they were wrong until eating them. I told our server, received incorrect order. He did take the correct order but mistake was by kitchen when he went to check. Manager came to table to apologize and said what could he do to make it right? I told him no worries, the sauces on wings were good and gave me a chance to try something new. I could have sent them back or asked not to be charged for them but appreciated that the manager and staff were ready to make things right. Will definitely be back there again.
