Man has this place gone downhill. The last 3/4 times I’ve ordered takeout and the quality is terrible. Wings are dry and cold, sauce has a super sticky texture, and the ranch has lost its flavor. Unfortunately will not be ordering or dining in at this location anymore. I will say the staff has always been pleasant over the phone but that’s about it.

My family and i stopped in for a bite to eat! We were greeted by Dennis, the assistant general manager. Super attentive, respectful and on top of it! He was helping out in the dining room, taking orders, bringing food, getting refills. Being super helpful and definitely showing what it’s like to carry a team. Highly recommend this location. Great job Dennis, it was an amazing experience for our family. We see your dedication!

I ordered a to go order. Here are my thoughts.
Boneless wings: good amount of sauce but the wings themself are more breading than chicken and the chicken looks weird.
Celery: fresh. No bruises.
Bacon patty melt: slightly burnt bread but very tasty. Never got either of the Salsa and chips that came on the side (2)

Very uncomfortable atmosphere it’s almost like they don’t know how to act when they have black customers dinning-in ordering a lot of food for themselves. This is second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks and it was the same(different crew on shift, same location). It’s honestly a shame to have majority of the staff assuming you are dive-n-dashing before you even have a chance to order your dessert. Smh

Visited for bottomless wings!! We had both the traditional & boneless. Please note you have to purchase the deal for each person. No sharing. Also there is no carry outs. Although I came for the wings the fries were sooooo good!
I noted that there was only 1 bartender making drinks & serving the bar and she was working the room. Everything came out timely & she also ran her own food!
We live by midway airport & this is our preferred location. Well worth the extra drive.

Just had an all-time great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and I’m still thinking about it (and possibly still full).
The wings were crispy, saucy, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into B-Dubs. Fries were hot, drinks were cold, and the atmosphere was perfect for hanging out and pretending you understand every replay on the TVs.
But the real headline here is Aija.
She took our entire order — and I mean a serious order. Multiple sauces, extra sides, substitutions, ranch vs. blue cheese debates… the works. And she didn’t write. Down. A. Single. Thing.
Not a pad. Not a phone. Not even a dramatic pause.
She just stood there calmly committing it all to memory like some kind of hospitality superhero. I half expected it to go sideways like SNL when Toonces the Driving Cat gets behind the wheel — you know it’s confident at first… and then suddenly you’re heading off a cliff.
But nope. No cliff. No chaos. No missing wings.
Aija delivered everything perfectly. Every sauce. Every side. Every detail. It was honestly one of the most impressive server performances I’ve ever witnessed.
If you’re going to Buffalo Wild Wings, ask for Aija. She’s got the memory of a champion and the service to match. Five stars all day.

I came here with my friend Sambucha. It was my friend’s birthday, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed very warmly. The waitresses were amazing, and our food arrived very quickly. After we ate, my friend went to the restroom, and I told one of the waitresses that it was my friend’s birthday and asked if they could prepare something special. She actually bought a cake and an ice cream with her own money. We thanked her so much and left a tip. We had a lot of fun — I definitely recommend this place!

Dennis is the best server I’ve had in years. Also rare that as an assistant mgr would take the time and care that he did. By far the best BWW experience I’ve ever had.

My experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was going well until I asked for a box. My friend and I were sitting at the bar on May 7th, 2025 at 9PM and we each did the All You Can Eat boneless wings. When we sat down at the bar, we were offered a menu but it didn’t include the special, we asked for it based off what we’ve seen on advertising. We ordered with no problems. I also got fried pickles as an appetizer. Our food came out fine, it was warm and had flavor. I had eaten about 5 wings out of 10 and my friend had about the same, and the bartender asked if we would like another round of wings, we said yes and ordered another round. By the time they came, my friend and I were so stuffed we couldn’t take another bite. I asked the bartender for another beer and for some boxes, I usually like to sit and munch on my food while drinking my beer and I’ll casually put my food in boxes while I sit. The bartender said sure and left the bar area. Then comes Kristina, the manager. She tells me that I cannot take the wings that are sitting in front of me, that they are dine in only. I mention that I’ve never seen that on advertising on Facebook or other social medias. She then hands me the menu flyer containing the rules of the special. Why was this not given to me in the first place? Why did the bartender agree to bring me boxes and then the manager comes to tell me I cannot? I mention to the manager that this is very wasteful and just a real waste of food. Sickeningly waste of food. Kristina says “well that’s just how it is”. Okay. So I ask for our checks and for mine and my friends check to be split. Kristina goes and does that and my check is $60, my friends is $30… But we got the same thing? My friend notices that I was charged twice. Kristina then tells us she’s fixing it with a lot of attitude. When Kristina comes with the fixed check, I ask if I am allowed to take my fried pickles home and if I could have a box for those. She reluctantly says sure and grabs me a box. As soon as she sets the box down she starts snatching mine and my friends plates full of wings and stacks the plates in front of us and throws away wings that WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHED in front of us. I literally ordered 20 wings with fries for $19.99, and they threw them away in front of me. I AM SICK. My friend and I paid and promptly left. What if I was still planning on eating those wings? While my beer was STILL FULL. I drank as much as I could, as fast as I could because I felt targeted and embarrassed by the manager Kristina. My friend and I agreed that while we love Buffalo Wild Wings’ food, the service has been nothing but lackluster and this is just the icing on the cake. We will not be back to any location, there are better places to find wings.
PS – Please see the picture attached of the food thrown away. (Minus the fried pickles in the middle, I luckily was able to take those) This picture was taken not long before Kristina snatched our plates and threw them away in front of us.
