I will say walking in the host was welcoming ,but the sight of many tables not cleaned was eye sore! disgusting. The video shows a table that wasn’t cleaned for about 45 minutes and was only cleaned because a family needed the table. We had no choice but to dine in because it was rush hour everywhere.It seemed like the waitresses had drama because they kept exchanging rude comments and glares at each other so much that they lacked attention to our tables and others dining. The food was almost executed perfectly with warm temperatures ,presentation ,but the mozzarella sticks and onion rings were not fried that hot and were little cold. The wings and burger full of flavor. The loaded chips are a favorite nice portions but those fried pickles always seem to need more. Had to basically beg the waitress for refills and boxes seeing she was always distracted. The bathrooms are just as dirty as the place. I don’t think I will come back to the location if they don’t get their hygiene in shape. Great deals not so great service either.

I ordered through Uber eats and this has probably been the best delivery ive had in a while. Food was portioned just right fresh food,very well packaged and was given utensils and cleaning wipes I received the best service. Today I visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I tell you those wings were crispy and cooked exactly how I like them — they were PERFECT! I enjoyed every bite.
The service was just as amazing as the food. Yay, I truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. She checked on me consistently and made sure I had everything I needed. At one point I told her, “Girl, I’ve got to give you a good review because you rock!”
I would absolutely recommend this location. Great food, great vibes, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

I never leave reviews but this was just insane to me. Me and my man placed a To go order here. We ordered a burger with fries and some wings with tots. We waited an extra 45 minutes for our food which was okay because it was a Friday night and they were very busy. I work in food service so we really were not trippin about the amount of time it took for us to get our food. We drive 15 minutes home to find out none of the toppings are on his burger, the wings looked old as hell and they barley had any sauce on them they were basically dry, as well as the tots and fries were cold. We ended up driving 15 minutes back to the store and I spoke to a manager who offered to remake the food. We asked if they were gonna do anything to accommodate us and the amount of our time they had wasted. She offered us a gift card so we said yeah that’s fine. The food comes out and she gives us the gift card and we leave. When we get home again and we realize the wings aren’t even the flavor that we had ordered, they were supposed to be buffalo and mango habanero, but they gave us buffalo and barbecue. Literally could have given me any other flavor and I probably would have still ate it but I absolutely hate barbecue. Not to mention the gift card she gave us was for $5. That’s about the price of a drink here. Absolutely insane to me. We have emailed and hopefully will be getting our money back and I will definitely never be coming to this location again. Please do better.

Placed an order online at this location @ about 1230pm, I literally did not get my order until 1:20pm. I’ve been inside the restaurant literally waiting for someone just to come to the desk for atleast 20min. The restaurant was not busy and my order was only 6wings & fries. Why did it take nearly an hour to retrieve my order only to be disappointment with COLD wings & hot fries. I immediately returned to notify who appeared to be a manager but definitely didn’t reflect the title. Instead of apologizing for the long wait & cold food he kept cutting me off asking what I want him to do. Obviously I want hot food in a reasonable time if not a refund would’ve been in order. The order was placed again and was out in less than 10min, not sure why it took nearly an hour the 1st time. Training is definitely needed at this location, for now I won’t be back.

First, I waited to be seated not realizing i could have sat myself because I was going to the bar (Cool). When I sat down at the bar, the servicer never cleaned my area. I ordered my food, and he put in the wrong order, which took 45 minutes to come out. The order was sent back, and I waited 2 hours. Only when I asked what was going on is when the servicer told me the kitchen was backed up. This is unacceptable! There were other things, but I will leave it here. This location is the worse I have ever experienced. I love B dubs, but this was not it! Always follow your first mind! I was going to Longhorn across the street, but decided to eat here. Never again!!!!! They shouldn’t get any stars for that bull crap they call service!!!! I still tipped the servicer however.

Service was great our server was smiling, always attentive and honest down to earth. Was expecting to have some BOGO deal or something for Monday but they had nothing available sadly so that probably explained the empty restaurant feel. Then again there was a lot of open space everywhere so it also reminded me of a cafeteria in a sense. Lots of TV’s and needed one facing me still. Chicken wings were a little dry and my cheese steak sandwich super greasy and a little bit on the small side from what I was expecting. Overall food tasted decent for the price as well, not bad.
