Sat at bar and no one gave me a menu or asked if I wanted anything until I asked for a beer menu after 30 minutes of sitting there. The bar tender gave me a food menu and cocktail menu (no beer menu).
I ordered a hazy beer with communication difficulty because the bar tender was unfamiliar with the taps. I also ordered a salad. After another 30 minutes, the bar tender said, “you ordered a salad, right? Let me check on that.”
15 minutes later, I still had not received my food and told the bartender I had to leave. Paid for my $9.00 beer and left hungry.

The manager, Emily, is too busy and does not care. She would rather give a refund than to have the order remade and keep a customer satisfied. Now, I have to trust her that she will process the refund because they did not/would not provide any receipt or reference for a refund. Emily was apparently too busy so the assistant manager spoke to me after Emily ran away. The assistant manager was great. Hopefully she becomes manager soon and I can enjoy Bdubs again if and when I order it.. without it getting cold or refunded.

It was supposed to be a normal night out. My pregnant wife had been craving Buffalo Wild Wings all week, and when a craving hits at eight-and-a-half months pregnant, you don’t ask questions—you just drive. She ordered the spiciest hot wings on the menu, confidently declaring, “If this doesn’t kickstart labor, nothing will.”

About halfway through the basket, she froze mid-wing, eyes wide. At first I thought the sauce finally got to her. Then she grabbed my arm and said the one sentence every expecting dad both dreads and doubts:
“I think this is happening. Like… right now.”
We barely made it to the bathroom before reality set in. While other patrons were washing their hands and checking their hair, my wife was actively in labor in a Buffalo Wild Wings restroom. Staff scrambled. I panicked. Someone offered moral support. Someone else yelled for a manager. The hot wings, it turned out, were more powerful than advertised.
And then—somehow—amid the smell of hot sauce and industrial hand soap, our baby was born.
The only thing we were truly upset about afterward? The towel situation. For a place that prides itself on wings by the dozen, the bathroom paper towel dispenser was woefully understocked for an emergency delivery. One sad brown towel at a time just wasn’t going to cut it.
In the end, everyone was healthy, the baby was perfect, and Buffalo Wild Wings earned a story we’ll be telling forever. We didn’t get a refund, but we did get a kid with a legendary birth story—and a lifelong reminder to always check the towel dispenser first.

I online ordered for my sauce on the side and ranch is INCLUDED! When you order wings or you can pick from ranch or blue cheese.. I ordered Garlic Parmesan and honey BBQ sauces for the side and I only got two ranch’s. The manager on the phone tried to then say “at least you got two ranch’s then nothing.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME! It’s Super Bowl Sunday!! She then offered to do half a return on my order. No. You are a facility known for your wings and wing sauce, I just got naked wings and offered half a refund. Absolutely not. I will be getting a full refund for this mess, as I asked her, “what? Am I supposed to just eat chips and queso with fries tonight?” Then had to demand a full refund, the bag was checked and initialed which I also stated to the manager but that is no excuse for their end to provide ranch on the side and try to use that as acceptable sauce for baked dry naked wings but not the actual sauce that was ordered, it’s there on the ticket in red ink on white paper.

I haven’t eaten from here in years, but since I moved to Elgin and it was down the street from us, I thought we would oder from there.Quality of food went to hell since I was last here. The only good thing was the potato wedges. The burger was dried out and salty. The boneless wings were also overcooked and dried out. I guess its back to wing stop for me. I would never come back here again!
