As you can see from how the celery looks and how lame the boneless chicken wings look, I’m giving this a 2 star for food. I mean the boneless wings used to look so much more appetizing before. That’s what I’m comparing to. And the celery, did not touch those.

My whole appetite was gone after I took a first bite of a raw chicken. This is very unacceptable and our server was busy snapchatting rather than taking our order or check in on us. I work in a client facing business so I know how this is very frustrating and horrible!

I ordered pickup from this location last night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we got home, we realized our Lemon Pepper seasoning was missing. I called the location and explained the issue, and the person who answered was very apologetic and said the seasoning would be ready when my husband came back to pick it up. However, when he returned home, we discovered that we were given Lemon Pepper sauce instead of the seasoning. They also included a free cookie, which I assume was meant as an apology. While the gesture may have been well-intended, it didn’t correct the mistake — especially since the order was now wrong twice. This could have easily been avoided by simply checking the order before handing it out. The food itself is usually great and service tends to be good when dining in, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you order takeout, I strongly recommend checking your order before leaving.

I rarely come to this restaurant because the food has always been subpar, and last night confirmed why. I came with a party of five and we started by ordering three appetizers. When the food arrived, we weren’t given any plates or forks. We asked our waitress for them, and it took about 10 minutes to get them. By then, the appetizers were cold.
We then ordered drinks, which took another 20 minutes to arrive. When it was time to order our meals, we all ordered wings tossed in sauce. When the food finally reached our table, every plate was cold—like it had been sitting in the kitchen window for at least 15 minutes. Despite specifically asking for the wings to be tossed in sauce, they were extremely dry.
I asked the waitress for extra sauce because the wings were so dry. It took another 15 minutes to arrive, and by that point the wings were ice cold and inedible. To make matters worse, the sauce itself was also cold. The carrots and celery were literally frozen solid. After letting them thaw, they became slimy and unappetizing, and I didn’t eat them at all.
Overall, as expected, the food was terrible—likely due to extremely slow and inattentive service. Also, this entire visit took place on an uncomfortable picnic bench seat over a 3-hour timeframe. I will not be returning.

I ordered delivery through their website because it was late and cold out and I didn’t want to leave the house. When I got notification that my food was delivered I open the bag and see it is the wrong order. I call the restaurant and they say that the driver grabbed the wrong order and my order is still at the restaurant. I ask if I can have it delivered. The said no because their delivery is through door dash and I would have to place another order through doordash to get a driver. Since that worked out so well the first time. They said if I could get a refund in 3-5 business days. And that my only choices are to drive 20 min and they will remake my order or place another order through doordash or the website. I am cold hungry and pissed off because I have to pay twice for food I didn’t get or drive 20 min to eat. Why do I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund but need to pay twice for food I didn’t get!

Showed up with the wife for a date night, placed our orders. 40 minutes later, no food was brought out. Asked our waitress what was going on, and was told that the kitchen lost our ticket. We canceled the order and left, still had to pay $10 for the beer I ordered even though they dropped the ball on the food.
If you come here, you risk an incorrect order or no order at all, avoid this venue.

I enjoyed this restaurant. The waitress took my order, made suggestions as to how I can try different items on the menu, and brought my food out just as I ordered it. I appreciate her attentiveness. They have several TV screens with various sporting matches being played. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my conversation with a couple of the waitresses. My wings were excellent. I have no complaints.

The workers here doesn’t follow directions, I DoorDash my meal and I paid an extra $2 for all flats. I get my order and I got flats and drumstick wings . I need to be compensated for your employees error because this is ridiculous, can anybody read or they just don’t care. I hate for my food to be wrong and you can’t do anything about it. Never again will I come here. I could have gotten better service in the city.

I placed an online order expecting fresh, appetizing food, but what I received was far from it. The presentation was unappealing, and the food looked downright disgusting. It’s unacceptable to send something like this to a paying customer. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.
