I had such an amazing experience here!!!! The wings were SOOOO FRESH, sauced to perfection and the service was Incredible!!!! My server was so kind and pleasant and he mentioned the new chocolate chip cookie that was sooooo good and it came with a huge scoop of ice cream which I LOVED!!!!!

I am not really satisfied with what I got . I ordered a caesar salad with chicken on 10/24/25 . I was ordering it before and I didn’t have any complains but this time it pissed me off. They didn’t put a cutlery, the amount of salad was supposed to be definitely bigger , and the chicken should be cut . I actually took this order because I was really hungry , but what happened this time?

I placed an online order to avoid waiting and just go inside the store to pick up my order, which I had placed about half an hour earlier. I arrived at the assigned time to pick up my order and waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to help me. No one ever came over to ask me if I needed anything. I had to go up to a server at one of the tables and ask for help. The guys in the kitchen never came out; I could hear them laughing. And even when they did come out, they asked me about an order that wasn’t mine without even bothering to ask me what I was doing there. After 20 minutes, they finally gave me my order. The restaurant was very dirty, and AFTER ALL THAT WAITING, my order was wrong… my order was missing an order of french fries.

I gave the service a 2 stars since their service was terrible. It took a server over 30 minutes to come to our table. We already knew what we wanted to drink, and eat while we were waiting for someone to serve us. Remind you, it was 2 adults and a toddler. The waiter took the whole order. We were waiting for our drinks for 15 minutes, just for ice water and our 2 beers. I understand if the restaurant was full and busy but it wasn’t. We ordered our food and we waited for a while. A 5 top ordered their food 10 minutes after us and their food came out way before us. After another 15 minutes our food finally came out. We had no silverware or napkins and our waiter was somewhere. I had to bother another sever for silverware and napkins but they just told my my server to bring them. He finally and we were able to eat. The waiter never checked up on us to see how everything was. After we were done, I asked for the boxes and the check. Took another 15 minutes. The food and the atmosphere was decent that’s the only positive thing.

We got bar seats 2 hours before the bears v packers game. It started off very slow but quickly got packed. Antoine the bartender tried his best to keep us satisfied while he was slammed with orders. His attitude never faltered. As a service worker myself I know how it feels! I think he as well as the other employees/managers deserve a raise. Tip your serive workers and treat them with empathy!

I’ve been going to B-Dubs for years, since I was a teenager. We recently visited this location, and while the servers were doing their best, they were clearly understaffed. Wait times were long — about 20 minutes just to place an order and another 40 minutes for the food. The food was still good, but our appetizer came out at the same time as our entrées

They struggle a lot here, very very slow service. The manager seems to be running around trying to do everything. The kids seem to not have a sense of direction, they were struggling to decide what tables to serve. But they were very nice and kind. Once you finally get someone, we quickly placed our orders for everything. lol The food was fine, just like every other BWW that we have been to. The cocktails were very watered down. But bartenders at these type of establishments are always a hit or miss. Still tasty. They let you sit anywhere, I like that because initially we sat by screaming children, ugh, the worst, so we moved asap. BUT possibly this is why they can’t serve you fast, people are scattered everywhere. Anyway I hope they get help soon, because BWW is a great chain. Hate to see one bad location give them a bad rep.

Went in for lunch so it wouldn’t be so busy, and hadn’t had their food in a while. It was fairly disappointing. Our server was very kind and helpful, when we asked for customizations, she made sure they were correct. However, my husband’s wings came to him cold, and my bean burger was slightly burnt, although that seems to happen fairly easily. I’d say the only thing that was good about our experience was our server, who was clearly doing her best. I don’t know if I’d recommend coming here.

Our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings for Father’s Day was very disappointing. The experience was marked by significant service delays and disorganized food delivery, making for a prolonged and frustrating meal.Upon arrival with a party of twelve, the greeting was unhelpful; we were simply told to “sit wherever.” This made finding an appropriate table for our large group difficult from the start.Service for drinks was exceptionally slow. It took over 20 minutes for waters to arrive, and then an additional 40 minutes for my dad to receive his hot water. This initial delay set a challenging tone for the rest of our meal.Food delivery was highly inconsistent. Dishes arrived at different times; for example, one child received milk with their food while the other did not. Our server was difficult to locate for much of the visit, and empty appetizer trays began to accumulate on the table.Despite arriving at 6:15 PM and ordering appetizers within 15 minutes, our main meal order wasn’t taken until 7:15 PM or later. This significant wait to even place the main order contributed greatly to the overall delay. The food continued to arrive disjointedly, with some sandwiches coming out 45 minutes before the other half of the table received their wings. This was particularly unfortunate as it was Father’s Day, and the three dads did not get their wings in a timely manner.What should have been an experience lasting about 1 to 1.5 hours stretched to 2.5 hours due to these service and food delays. We were very disappointed with the overall experience.

This place and it feels all BDub’s have turned to trash. I just went on my lunch break from work and sat there for 15 minutes without the waiter taking our order. He helped other people and from what I could see was busy, but they are understaffed. I feel like this is a BDubs issue company wide. There is never enough staff. It is not fine dining where the wait was necessary either. I left and went to culvers right next door. I was 80% sure it would be a bad idea going there, but thought I’d give it a try. Wont be back.
