I ordered through the app and there’s no button for extra sauce. I asked them when I was there if they could put extra sauce on the order. They told me they haven’t even started it yet because of the fact I ordered it so late it went to the next day? They assured me there was extra sauce on the wings. I spoke with the manager and he guaranteed me there was extra sauce on the wings. I get home and some of the wings have no sauce at all. This is a picture of the wings. I get more sauce on my wings when I go somewhere else than I do when I go to this place. The price seems right, but they barely put any sauce on the wings.

I have a great time here with my friends every weekend. Madisen who is very friendly and helpful is a great host and made me feel extremely welcome. Jordan is very understanding when it comes to seating. Love this place will be a great spot for all year round sports.

The servers have always been attentive & friendly. Love the Wild Herd Beer, but it is not always available. Love the $19.99 special for two! Only suggestion is to to lay back on how much salt used in the chicken wings. Other wise, we always have a good experience dining there.

Waited two hours to pick up my order and never got my food. There were dozens of us, and many people waited even longer. The place was a complete mess—half orders going out, dozens of boxes of food going cold scattered on the counter, tickets everywhere. DO NOT waste your time and do not order from here.
I followed up with a manager who didn’t apologize, sounded like he didn’t care, and said he wasn’t there so he wouldn’t do anything beyond a refund. Unprofessional establishment with zero customer service.
Update: The BWW page commented here asking for me to follow up, so I did and they never got in touch with me.

We went here for lunch. They have an awesome meal deal for weekday lunches! Wings, fries, and a drink for $13. Double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $11. You really can’t beat it. Nachos weren’t that good and needed 2x cheese and toppings.

One big bears game and the team can’t handle all the take-out orders coming in. All the people in there waiting for their take-out orders to be ready had been waiting inside for over 1.5 hours. I don’t know who should be blamed. Maybe the manager for not gathering enough staff for a big night?

We’ve gone here a few times since we’re local and idk if a new cook or what but all 4 burgers are dry and the bacon burnt to a crisp. We waited 15minutes after the time it should have been done and they brought out our “fresh” food but we got 4 orders of stale fries. $75 wasted! We won’t be going back

I placed a pick up order to be ready at 6:30pm and i got there at 6:30, asked for an update at 6:40, again at 6:50, without a response both times. Food finally came at 7:05pm, a half assed apology was given, no offer of anything for the wait either. I don’t recommend EVER going to this location. Awful.

I almost wanted to give 4 stars. When I went, it was to try the cheese curd burger. I was SO excited for it. We werent told that they were out of burgers until after drinks and appetizers were ordered. Supposedly we were supposed to be told when we walked in, and if we were, we wouldve gone somewhere else as 3/4 of our group wanted a burger.
The place is nice, big tvs everywhere. Its clean and nicely decorated.
All the staff was nice. A little disappointed that we werent told about the burgers. But othee than that good service.
The food was absolutely delicious. Thats why im still giving 5 stars. Everyone who wanted a burger ended up getting a chicken sandwhich. And they were tasty. I was surprised by how good the fries were. The only negative here was that they brought out half the groups food first and then another 10 minutes later brought out the rest. That was pretty rough as we were all hungry. But again, food was so good that I cant take a star off.

Came in to try to get some help on my app to take advantage of the monthly promotion free burger or free 10 piece wings, my app was not discounting the free burger, the workers did not know how to navigate the app Hailey tried i give her props for trying to help me, but the manager Janna could care less to try to help me, dis nit bother to come up to the front, she had her associate Hailey tell me my manager said she would have to call corporate since it’s through a 3rd party, she would have to call them to see if they can fix it. Wow just wow, i finally got the promotion working, now some more training need’s to happen at this location, to just turn customers away just like that over a $16 burger is ridiculous, to those of you having the same issue i had, let me help you and save you the headache and disappointment I felt you have to order your regular order choose the burger you want and go to checkout the discount will apply automatically, that’s all the manager could’ve said and hopefully in the future they can be aware of this simple fix.
