I was excited to get some wings when I gpt here but the experience was just distasteful. When we walked in, the host was helping someone so we waited, once he was done with those previous costumers, he kind of just stared at us. I asked if he was the host then he said yes and I asked for a table for 4. He just grabbed menus and walked into the seating area. So we assumed to follow him since he was not talking to us? He sat us at a table that was dirty and we had kids with us so when we got to the table the server came up right away and greeted us as she watched us clean the table. She didn’t say anything so I asked her if we could get a rag or something and she looked displeased with me asking.. let me be clear I did not ask her to clean the table, I asked for a rag or something to continue to clean the table. After that, she was very neglectful of our table and just acted like we were bothering her every time we waved her down.
We ordered the all you can eat appetizers. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and onion rings as well as lemon pepper and spicy garlic wings. The fried pickles were cooked perfectly and so were the mozzarella sticks. I think the frying oil was fresh this day which was nice. Considering all the food we had, the price was very good!
Overall, they had service is why I gave a low rating but the food did not disappoint.

Not only one piece of hair but two pieces of hair found in my food and then my napkin gross. The food was very greasy the salad was full of brown pieces the restaurant is the filthiest buffalo wild wings I’ve ever seen The only thing that was decent is Kris was our bartender waiter was a decent guy very apologetic I probably will never eat at a buffalo wild wings again

Dylan was an absolutely amazing server! Every time we go to any bdubs (not just this one) we always get the slowest service or just sub-par service. Tonight my husband had to convince me to go since I didn’t want to go to a place with bad service. We went and were sat in Dylan’s section. We were so thrilled with how friendly, quick, attentive and amazing Dylan’s service was! My husband and I were just taken back by the experience he provided tonight! Dylan, thank you so much for your outstanding service! A true hard worker who deserves a raise! The kitchen also did a great job getting the food to us in a timely manner too! What a fantastic night!

Years ago, I used to live in Burbank,Ca. and the nearest BWWwas 45 minutes away. Every Sunday, my friend Linda and I would make the drive to have lunch there. I loved it. The food was great.
I currently live 5 minutes away from the nearest BWW and will not got there. Actually, today I drove 20 minutes to go to Wings Etc instead.
The atmosphere of BWW is GREAT, the associates are GREAT… the food is POOR.
My review probably has nothing to do with the individual establishment and more with the corporate entity.
When I first visited BWW, years ago, the wings were GREAT…. they were large and the taste was fantastic. Now the wings are tiny… and the taste is…. meh….

Good luck trying to get a takeout order on time. Even showed up 15 minutes after scheduled time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Wingstop is far superior in food and speed

For a place with wings in the name, it sure does not deliver. My appetizer of onion rings is larger and more moist than the wings. The wings have little to sauce and are laughably small. They are more aligned with the appetizer from Domino’s, but at least those are moist and not marked as an entree. Buffalo wild wings should feel bad and is bad for what they deem as entree level food when other establishments appetizer options are superior to their entrees.

7 of us sat for dinner. Hardly anyone there on a Thursday early evening.
Appetizers were ordered with dinner. Appetizers were hot and good. A great start. Dinner took 55 minutes to arrive. WHY?
I ordered the cheesy beef sandwich. It arrived with the sandwich and fries COLD. The cheese on top was dried to the sides of the beef. The server felt the bottom of the tray and she immediately realized it was cold. In fact all the food, yes everyones order, was either cold or WRONG. The boneless wing came out as bone in and the bone-in were delivered as boneless.
The runner for our initial food drop off did not try to see who had what food (not sure where our server was) but all she did was put the food in front of my friend and we needed to figure who ordered what. Kinda hard when the Wings were not of the correct variety.
No manager visited the table.
Not sure what was happening that evening (10/23) but the place was busier as the evening progressed, but not packed.
Nothing was comp. No apology from any staff.
Not going back any time soon.
The last time I was there, I gave a good review. Tonight was a totally different experience. I needed to apologize to my party.

I Placed an order online and when i went to pick up i was missing part of my order. They told me to wait 5 minutes to complete it and i waited for about 15 minutes and i asked for an update again and the representative never came back to update me. Then the manager, i believe his name was kyle, told me to go sit down that there was plenty of sits available and i told him i was waiting for an update on my order and he insisted to take a sit and i just said to give me my money back and when he was processing a refund he said whats your name “felipe”? Like he was racial profiling me. I felt offended because clearly he knew that isnt my name. He proceeded to say the food was ready and i said then go check thats what ive been waiting for. This time he brought the food back fast. The other people were complaining that nobody was serving them and they had been waiting for a while as well. This is type of service and behavior from employees is unacceptable. Will never return back to this place! Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

So we took advantage of the buy one get one free burgers.. Unfortunately, two out of the four burgers were screwed up in someway. Missing things like lettuce and tomatoes.
The fries were just ehh and definitely soggy, but the potato wedges were awesome.

I placed an order over the phone and when I got there food was ready. I can still feel the heat from the food in the bag. That’s how I like it. The food is good and I hope you all continue to improve your quality of food. Prices was kinda high as well.
