Lesley was attentive, polite, and took care of us. Thank you very much.
I asked if we could get a booth, as they’re much more comfortable.
She mentioned that they were rotating and took us to a booth that I just saw a male waiter cleaning while we were waiting to be seated. Although he attempted to clean the booth, it was still filthy when we were seated. My particular side of the booth was still moist from the nasty towel he used to attempt to clean the booth prior to us being seated. My side of the booth had barley enough clean space to actually sit (only 25% was was suitable, while the other 75% of my booth seat was showing crumbs and other nasty looking items on it).
Our waiter came over and I let him know that this was unacceptable and that we would need this to actually be clean if we were going to sit here. The booth table, like most of the side of the restaurant that we were on had napkins and what looked like the aftermath of several Chunk E Cheese kids parties on the floor. I really couldn’t believe the manager let this place look this bad regardless of the reason.
Our waiter tried to sweep up the mess, as my daughter and I decided to not sit at the filthy booth and to take a small table right across from the booth. My daughter noticed that the new table we took also wasn’t cleaned properly, as it had a hair on it before we even sat down. I also requested that he reclean this table. I received a text from a friend at 11:36, and this was when we placed our order. We had 10 boonless wings, and a burger and chicken dippers off of the 2 for 20 menu. We received our drinks and never heard from the waiter again.
We both went to the restroom after our order and I grabbed some napkins from the bar to dry my hands while going back to our table. I used the damp napkins to whip down the table again since it still wasn’t dry. The napkins looked dirty after using them to dry the table, showing how dirty it really was!
Another group teenagers came into the restaurant and took the dirty booth across from us. I noticed that they got their food within 5 mins, although we were defiantly seated and order before them. I waited until 12:05 to finally ask another waiter if he was the manager. I thought he was only because he didn’t have on a normal uniform, he seemed to be wearing a normal t- shirt unrelated to the restaurant (although I may be wrong). He diapered to go check on our food. I then decided that if our food wasn’t at our table by 12:10 am, that we would simply leave and hit a drive through restart, as we were still 2 hours from home and just wanted to eat and get back on the road.
The food never showed by, so we left. I called and asked for a manager and she took my call. She sated that we didn’t actually wait as long as we did, because the waiter who can’t clean a booth, didn’t put in our order until 12:52, which was approximately 15 minutes after we placed our order. So that means that he purposefully waited to put our order in. I’m guessing he was offended that I had him clean 2 tables after he thought they were good enough to seat paying customers.
The female manger also stated during our conversation that chicken dippers take much longer to fry compared to the rest of our fried food order and that’s why it was taking so long.
I have been patronizing this chain for over 20 years now, back when we still called it BW3’S! So to get this type of service was very disappointing.
Ordered the mild and mango habanero, definitely recommend to try it out. Burgers were okay some of the food did arrive a bit cold but apart from that it was good experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So I called and explained the issue and the guy told to try again in 10 min and I said I already tried too many times and I just wanted my food and asked him nicely if he could honor me the price deal since online ordering wasn’t working and told me no.
How is it fault? Why couldn’t they just provide the costumers service, is not like I was asking for free food
