Not sure if the whole menu changed recently but the smash burgers are delicious! My favorite burgers around! We usually sit at the bar and always have good service.

Should have read the reviews before going here. Will never go there again when there are a million and one other options just on that one stretch of road. Place was empty for a Friday night- first red flag when we drove by several other chains where the parking lot was packed. Usually most BWW we have been to before are fairly busy. Our server had us and one other table. The service was HORRIBLE. Most of the time he was MIA. Supposedly our server was new and in training (although there was no one training him). It took forever to take our order. Forgot drinks and had to be reminded numerous times just to get the first drinks out. NEVER once checked on drink refills. We had to get up and go to the bar for lemonade and water refills and place new drink orders. Also tried to order another drink from the bar and bartender said they’d get it right away- then proceeded to go talk to the waitresses and another bar patron and never brought the drink so told them to forgot about it. The place was so poorly managed. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, some food came out cold, which is no excuse because the place was practically empty! My husband finally had to get up to go find our waiter to make him print the check right there so we could pay and leave. Took well over 2 hours there because the service was so bad. No one at the entrance to greet people. When we politely made a comment about how bad the service/experience was to a lady that came out from the kitchen on our way out, she said well, the waiters were all in training and so was the bartender. Well who was training them!? They were no where to be seen! Can’t fault the servers if they aren’t being properly trained and thrown to the wolves. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, this experience was awful. I don’t know how they’re even still in business, but with how empty it was and prior reviews, may not stay that way for long. Owner needs to make sure their employees are properly trained and have a good manager on site. In a area with so many other good options, will most definitely not be back here, especially with a $130 tab and subpar food and terrible service!

One thing is true about BWW. No matter what store you go to in any state, every single one has the same terrible service. I am not sure if it’s a lack of training for the servers or the people in the kitchen. As many times as I’ve gone, you wait 30 minutes for cold food. We thought we would give it one more chance and nothing has changed. There were maybe 8 tables when we sat down. The excuse from the server on the delay was they had a lot of to go orders. That doesn’t mean the food should be cold! When we were leaving we could see the kitchen area, the window where the food was sitting was full. I dont know how your servers make money like this. I feel badly for them.

Abbey was AMAZING. I had a fantastic afternoon lunch with my partner. Abbey was timely, a pleasure to chat with, and on top of our needs the moment they arose. The food was great. My partner and I branched out of our normal orders and it worked in our favor. The 9.99 endless apps was awesome! Grateful I came in today!

I CALLED to place an order at 5:30pm to be picked up by 8:30pm. I got there and food was not ready. I was sitting there for one full hour. Manager said “sorry we didn’t expect to be this packed” it’s the Bears playoff game! How is the manager not ready or prepared for to be full and busy? It’s blows my mind. And the girl at the front kept saying “it’s gonna take a little longer” like 6 times! I called, I placed an order, get it ready by 8:30. How hard is that? I told the lady upfront it wasn’t her fault and management sucks! This is why this place is always empty most of the year.

Order came out faster than we thought. The lady who served our table, Molly, was polite and nice. Food was good enough. Overall experience was better than what we read on reviews. Restroom was clean and had clean diaper changing area.

Lunch with my wife… had wings and Buffalo chicken wrap with fries and onion rings. Good food, good service. They told us ahead of time the food doesnt come out all at once but rather quick. Server was very attentative. Some tvs were a little discolored and not pleasant to watch sports on.

We’ve had really good with our BDubs locations the last few visits. Bartenders are very attentive, food is quick and fresh, and there’s always a few specials or variety of new seasonal beers and drinks. The plethora of sports on is an obvious plus too.

Main thing I liked about this place is when they had a new flavor of Mountain Dew. Otherwise there lemon pepper wings taste good. That’s usually what I buy
