RIP OFF!! Order the grill chicken 3 piece for $15 and got 3 micro pieces. I could have got this much chicken at the store for $1! This is why people don’t go out to eat as much anymore. Places like this are taking complete advantage of people. Better off eating at home.

I ordered a 20 piece mild sauce boneless wing. What I received was cold, barely any sauce and most of the pieces were tiny and only crust. I only got 2 of the 4 ranches I ordered. I also had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my pickup time. Was looking forward to this as my 2 am snack at work. Very disappointed.

Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kalispell. Savannah was seriously on top of it — super attentive without being intrusive, quick with refills, and nailed the timing on everything. You can tell when someone actually takes pride in doing their job well, and she definitely does. Food came out hot, drinks stayed full, and the whole experience felt smooth because of her. Will be back.

I wish for those of us not from USA they played other sports on the TVs. Would’ve loved some hockey, NFL or even soccer.

Bartender seemed annoyed, when i complained about bar service and food quality empty glass of beer for 20 min. Shes our best . When you spend $42 for their largest wing order, do you want the entire wing covered with sauce? I don’t think it’s too much to ask. It was dry , very dry.
They were too quick to add the surcharge button for an extra thing of sauce. Hey, how about putting the correct amount of sauce on the wing in the first place and I wouldn’t have to ask. This is the most pathetic excuse for Service. I think I’ve seen in a long time. Going to make excuses for their kitchen and bartenders attitude. I was planning on spending close to $75 plus a tip. Ended up walking out with just the cost of a beer I sent everything they brought out back. No excuse for poor service.

Ordered more dash, driver was waiting on food for about an hour. When we called the restaurant they said they already gave him the food, they did not. Called back and was told “we are slamed”. No remorse, no apology. Wings do not take an hour. So if you are looking to waste time, this is your place, if you are hungry and want to eat sometime today, look elsewhere.

Took over 25 minutes for the server to even come to the table. This was after we asked if we need to place our order at the bar.
It took another 35 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, 2 of which were water.
Had to go too the bar and order refills, in which I passed the server on the way back to the table, with no response from her.
40 minutes later our food arrived-cold.
Requested the manager, let me take 10% off your meal. My response – no. How about you do your job and supervise your staff. I believe they are a due reflection of your management skills.
To the general manager maybe you should either start doing your job or start hiring qualified staff. Or here is a novel concept train your staff to do there’s.
Will not return and will most definitely spread this experience with family and friends.
Bottom line if you don’t like food service find a new field, this customer won’t being spending there money with you again.

If you like the taste of reheated food and waiting 2 hours for you meal… This is the place for you. The last 4 times I have had wings, they are dry, some rock hard and the fries cold and hard from sitting.

We waited 10 mins before even being acknowledged by staff, another family was on the wait list prior to us. Finally we were approached by a hostess to then be told we had another 15 minute wait, it was 3:00 in the afternoon, the restaurant was not busy at all. Staff wandered around, bartender looked over at us several times but was more worried about doing dishes. In the 15 mins we were told it would take to get a seat we drove across the street to a far busier restaurant and had drinks in front us. If you want wings just goto Applebee’s!
