Amazing food cooked in beef tallow. We actually came here after NOT being served at Old Salt Outpost downtown. I can’t remember our waitress name but she was fantastic. I had a Double Bacon Chili Burger Chili Burger which was phenomenal. The beer cheese fries just sealed the deal. My first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and I’ll be looking for one everywhere I go now.

I order the same wings every time and they have been consistent over the last year that I’ve been going there. The wings are better than the other BWW’s I’ve been to in Montana by far. The customer service is amazing and they treat you like family when you come in a few times a month. That’s rare for a chain and I’ll definitely be back!!

We had an amazing waitress who put up with a whole squad of hungry wrestlers and parents ready for a drink after a long day of tournament dealing! It was a packed house and we were a big table! I wish I could remember her name but she was great!

Man this place has really gone downhill! We came in with a party of 14 sure a lot of people but the only thing they got right all night was the beer from the bar! They were super busy we waited an hour for a table! Finally got a table then waited well over another hour after we all placed our food order for our food, and I finally had to ask the server if we were going to get our food or not! They bring the food server literally has no idea whose food is who’s where anything goes and on top of it not one dish was warm! We all had our children with us that all waited well over an hour for their food so they all just ate cold food because they were hungry! I sent my food back literally ice cold and asked for a manager! The first manager comes out try’s to offer me a $60 voucher I’m like lady your talking a $400-$500 dinner here and it’s horrible! Get me a real manager please! This guy comes out I don’t even remember his name says he’s the GM and this guy is terrible I can not believe a company would let this guy run the show! Fumbling bumbling over his words his hands were shaking so bad I couldn’t even read the receipts he’s showing me! Try’s to argue with me about what they did get right which was absolutely nothing I told him had you not let our food sit back there for 30 minutes before you brought it out then maybe it would still be warm! I think he knocked $140 off our $420 bill which still we over paid so bad for the service and the quality of food we got! I live in Helena and have been here plenty of times but this place is horrendous now and I will never be back! If you are traveling through Helena or coming to town for sports or anything pick somewhere else to eat don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Helena you will be very disappointed!!! Place is trash!

Went in after a day of traveling on Dec. 7th, 2025. Nice atmosphere yet, terrible service. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start. Was provided by the manger on shift wearing a burgundy shirt. The marinara was dried out as if we were given tomato paste. Ordered another for the same story. They were out of the brown sugar heat sauce and our server Jarek aka..JT came over looking highly nonchalant just stating they were out. Would have been nice to be given a menu to check something else out so I picked a random flavor. Truth be told, Jarek was nonchalant the entire service. Consistently he walked by us without asking if we needed anything or even how everything was.
Working hospitality myself FOH and BOH, it’s easy to see how one person/ personality can ruin or make the entire experience. It was just unfortunate we had Jarek.
However, I would like to shout out the server who was wearing a grey Seattle Seahawks jersey #11 with the name Smith written on the back, with a tattoo sleeve on the left arm. He was highly attentive to his tables, and even one of Jared’s tables as he never went to check on them either I observed. I told my company I wish we had him as it seems he cares about his job unlike Jarek. Even the bartender, a younger blonde woman with tattoos closer to the shoulders seemed attentive to her guest as well. Cheers to those two for sure.

Food was decent, prices too high for what it is tho. If screens everywhere is your thing, you might like it more. Server took forever to bring drinks and get the order in a dead bar and didn’t check on the food someone else delivered until we were basically done eating. Might go back for happy hour but I can buy the same frozen food to reheat at home.

We decided on having a light supper here. But the portions are huge. The salad with chicken tenders was a big meal with a lot of perfectly cooked tenders heaped on top. One person would struggle to finish. I had the street tacos and they came with a side of your choice. I stuck with the chips and salsa which I could not finish. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was perfect and friendly.

Fries are better and more crispy during weekdays for some reason. Sometimes they skimp on the sauce for wings. Pick up order has been missing things on several occasions- always check.

This was our first time at this location, and we had a great experience! We were warmly greeted by Scott, the host who was extremely warm and friendly! He really set our visit off on the right foot. Our waitress Nicole was great too! We didn’t wait too long for our food, got everything we needed in a timely manner, and we had a very pleasant meal. Overall, one of our favorite Buffalo Wild Wings locations we’ve been to so far.
