Its been forever since iv had good service at a bw3. But here? Amazing! They were so and normally peeps would vanish but i was checked on about every 5 minutes for refills and to see if my food was good. Best service iv had in awhile anywhere!

I haven’t been in BWW for a couple of month so I was surprised about the price increase. We waited for quite some time for our food but I was wondering why these wings are so small? The tasted fine but there was barely any meat on these. I used get these small wings outside the US but this is weird. Especially when a company has the word “wings” in their name.

This place blows. Not busy at all right now. Its been 30 minutes since being seated and have not even been asked what we would like to drink. There is people here that got here after us that are being served. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid choice if you enjoy watching sports while digging into wings and other dishes with a wide variety of sauces. The atmosphere is lively, with plenty of screens and a broad menu that’s great for sharing.
We tried several sauces and dishes — here are our recommendations:
Mango Habanero: Extremely spicy — be careful! Only for the brave.
Honey BBQ: Sweet and mild, very tasty and easy to enjoy.
Lemon Pepper: A bit spicy for kids, and it comes in sauce (not dry).
Orange Chicken: Covered in a sweet sauce, very flavorful and enjoyable.
The kids meal comes with 4 wings, a decent portion for little ones, although the food took 20 minutes to arrive — something to keep in mind if you’re in a hurry or dining with kids.
As for the main dishes, the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich wasn’t our favorite — it tasted more like pizza than a classic chicken sandwich. On the other hand, the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak was delicious, with a great balance of cheese and meat.
In summary: great variety of flavors, with standouts like the orange chicken and the cheesesteak. It’s worth visiting if you’re looking for a sports-friendly atmosphere and lots of options, though you’ll need a bit of patience with the service

Called the manager over to complain about the 5-inch Philly steak half filled with food. There was about three tablespoons of meat in it for $16.50. He sauntered over slowly, hands in his pocket, and his big man-doo piled on top of his head. He explained to us that the picture was deceiving and there’s nothing he can do, and it was obvious he had no intention of even caring. That was the manager. We told the waitress to Aspire to a higher position because management wasn’t adequate, she walked away saying she’s not going to say anything! She should have been saying lots, I’m going to take $5 off? Here’s a free dessert? I’ll mark your dinner down $5? Anything would have made us feel better. Bacon cheeseburgers were horribly tough, the meat was actually chewy, $16.50! It was like eating leather tough steak. And my mac and cheese connoisseur actually left the mac and cheese in the tub to be taken away. We stood waiting for a hostess and nobody came, so we sat ourselves. Had dessert, hard ice cream served with plastic spoons!? Are we on a picnic?? $104 for 2 burgers, Philly, Pretzel bites, a slice of cake and a plastic spoon. This is my third time at this location over the last 10 years and every time I come I am reminded why I stopped. It just never gets better!
Update – prompt response. They want me to do more work, take more time and they will address it with the “team.” Problem 1… NO team there!

Food was commensurate to most Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Service was great. A good franchise stop in the Minot area.

Honestly, if it were my favorite place to eat, I wouldn’t come to this one. I ordered to pick up- not door dash. I tipped. I walked in in the house, asked me if she could help me with something. I told her I was there for a pick up order she points and walks away. I go find my order and it doesn’t have a drink with it so I see a cup and I think maybe it’s supposed to be mine When she comes and asks me what I’m looking for. I tell her I ordered a drink with my order she looks at my receipt, flag somebody down and ask him to go get me a Pepsi. I interrupt and ask for a Dr Pepper, she said well the receipt says Pepsi. And I responded your app doesn’t allow me to choose what kind of fountain drink it just allows me to choose a fountain drink. Ultimately, it seemed like I was a nuisance. Food was fine. I couldn’t eat my salad because I didn’t get any utensils. I wouldn’t go here because of the service. The guy who went and got my drink was really nice. She went above and beyond and put a sticker over my drink so I wouldn’t lose my Straw
Did I mention I tipped for it to go order?

The waitress was more worried about talking to her “regulars” then doing her job then go to pay and she just decided to add a 20% tip on top of the bill total right away. When i asked her about it she acted like she didn’t know how that could happen. I will not be going back personally.

Place an order to go. Food was 20 minutes late. Got maybe half the food I ordered. When I called to let them know I was missing stuff I was laughed at. I guess the wait staff thinks it is hilarious that they can’t complete a simple order. Never again.

Arrived and the place was dead with no one to greet us or seat us. Finally got seated and ordered an appetizer of wings (which were over cooked and too salty) and drinks and they came out right away but the entree took forever. My burger and my daughters was soaked in mustard and the fires were cold. We hesitated eating here because of the poor service we had before. Thinking they had new management but the manager that was working was rude and loud poor attitude to her staff and the morale was very low. We won’t be coming back here until they get it together!
