Placed order for pickup. Forgot the Mac and cheese for a kids Mac and cheese meal, and put the side salad in the warmer. When confronted about it, workers looked clueless and found Mac and cheese chilling in the back by itself. Come on BWW, it isn’t rocket science. Be more aware and attentive and double check orders.

The food was surprisingly good and flavorful, the waitress that took care of us was absolutely awesome. Kept our drinks and filled and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything else. The atmosphere was great, chill and relaxed. Perfect place to go to for a lunch break or out with friends. Would highly recommend it.

Just placed and order for 10 lemon pepper rub traditional wings only to find out they only gave me 8. Spent $17 to be shorted the wings are still good and cooked and seasoned well just upset to be shorted.

Do not order delivery or pick up from their app. Their phone is also disconnected during busy hours so no way to see what the status of your order is. We placed an order for delivery and waited two hours with no update, eventually my friend drove here to find our food sitting on the pickup shelf, FREEZING cold. We had tipped the delivery driver very well (for no reason because we had to pick it up ourselves) so there was no issue there. The restaurant simply failed to notify the delivery company that our food was done. Would be cool if the phone ever worked. Will not be ordering from here again.

The very first time that I dined in was a horrible experience. Screaming children & slow service. BUT, this time I ordered takeout. Again, my order was messed up. I ordered 20 traditional wings but was given 15 boneless wings. HOWEVER, this problem was very quickly & professionally reversed. The manager, Matt, quickly attended to our needs. Even went above & beyond to personally deliver our correct order. 10/10, would highly recommend.

First time I’ll be rating a BWW 5 stars… The service, food and overall experience was some of the best in town. It’s still BWW, so the food isn’t 5 star worthy, but our server was great and the gumballs in the machine weren’t entirely stale, so I’d say they did pretty well!

I have given this place so many chances and it disappoints every single time. It’s like it’s impossible for them to bring the food out while it’s still hot. When I get my food it tastes like they put it in the freezer before they bring it out. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUFFALO WILDS WINGS. There are much better places for wings and sports. Price is garbage to.

First time trying to have meal, with my wife, went there around 7pm, very loud , but also had the all the TVs on a fight. We finally had to take our food to go. We tried this location in Grand Forks and thought going there for lunch instead would be quieter it was still very loud, they had the music cranked up. Food was ok but it was still hard to enjoy it.

I came in for lunch and my wings were dry and cold so I sent them back. I waited nibbling on my wedges that for some reason were left with me after the meat was removed from the plate by the kitchen. They come back to me and half of them are still cold. They insisted they were fresh out the grease but I could press my fingers into it and feel no heat. Cut into them and literally no steam came out. So fresh out the grease? I decided I no longer had an appetite after dealing with the same issue twice. They insisted I had to pay for my order b/c of some kind of promotion it was. The waitress was amazing but the manager was very rude. And snatched the receipt off the table with an attitude. Needless to say I wont be back for a while. First bad experience here ever
