Was seated quickly but that’s where to good ended. Took almost 10 minutes to ask if we needed something to drink. After another 10, we were able to order. Took over half an hour to get the wrong food, and then another 10 minutes to get the right food. Actually watched another group leave after waiting to get drinks. Only one out of the 4 plates had fries that were warm. The kids wings were cold. One of the sandwiches was wrong. Never was checked on after we got the food, and needed refills for the kids. Then finally had to track someone else down for our check. Once we got it, waitress never returned. Almost dine and dashed. Stinks because we like the food, but this seems the norm for BWW. This is the second time and different locations that had poor service.

In my opinion, we ordered wings to go and was disappointed once again. Bone in wings very small, dry rub one’s almost inedible due to too much salt, sloppy presentation. Fries taste and look like day olds and room temp veggies and blue cheese blahhhhhh, won’t be doing any wing combos from this location again. Go elsewhere if you are ordering wings to go, maybe it’s better in person…..maybe.

Remember when BW3s used to be good? I do and this was not it. We got there about 8:30pm on a Monday in the summer, they were not busy at all. We were seated properly and our order was taken right away. After that it was nothing but a series of disappointments with the food and the service. When the server brought our food the forgot the fries and ranch. We started eating hoping to catcher our waiter……….who didn’t reappear for about 25 mins. Never came around in that time to see if needed anything. My soda was empty before the food arrived So when he finally did come back around, we asked about the fries and a refill. He did promptly bring the fries but never came back with a my soda.
Now for the food. This is what $15 worth of chicken, celery, and carrots looks like. I will not be back nor will my family.

Was good. Service was fast and lady was nice. But the wings were a little overcooked and way to much sauce they started to mix and taste nasty. But overall I think the place could use a touch up was dirty and gross walking in.

I was disappointed that we came in at 11pm and it took 25 minutes for 4 of us to be seated. There were a lot of empty tables and most were dirty. The happy hour prices are hard to beat. We ordered quite a bit of food and it ALL came out cold. It was obviously sitting for a long time before it was brought to our table. I understand places are having staffing issues, which is why I’m doing 4 stars instead of 3, but you have to do better than that.

After giving up on this location years ago, I thought I would give them another try. Maybe caught them on an off night, but an absolutely horrendous service experience. Waitress took our order and we didn’t see her for the rest of our evening. I Had to flag down a separate waitress to get the check after. I mean, my expectations are usually pretty low when it comes to service here, but holy smokes! I will continue to avoid this place. Yikes!

The food was okay. Got it for my wife and never would have thought honey mustard would be super spicy. Ended up throwing the meal away. Waited 50 minutes for it for take out. Saw a whole bunch of people go back up because they had mistakes on their take out orders. Even though so many staff walked by the front desk area, people had to wait five minutes to be helped to fix the mistakea . Alot of staff just talking to each other. The place was semi clean. Not very impressed. When they do it right the food and experience is amazing. But judging by this I wouldn’t bother sitting down to eat.

We just left. We sat for 20 mins waiting for our server. I figured it was the lady with the colorful hair who was looking our direction but i couldnt be too sure.. Anyway I finally grabbed our menus because im starving and im not about to have my bf drive us somewhere else. She then graced us with her presence and told us she would be back in a few mins….. Never to be seen again. Lol. Smh.
