I was disappointed that we came in at 11pm and it took 25 minutes for 4 of us to be seated. There were a lot of empty tables and most were dirty. The happy hour prices are hard to beat. We ordered quite a bit of food and it ALL came out cold. It was obviously sitting for a long time before it was brought to our table. I understand places are having staffing issues, which is why I’m doing 4 stars instead of 3, but you have to do better than that.

I’m so frustrated with constantly being disappointed with this place. My husband and I don’t even sit down to eat anymore. We ordered wings to go with the Tuesday BOGO special. We placed the order over the phone but was quoted a totally outrageous total, even full price our order shouldn’t have been that much. We went to the restaurant to pick it up and I waited in the car for an hour before my husband come out empty handed. He explained to me that none of the staff completed the transaction with him. Someone began helping and then answered the phone while he was still standing at the register. Then he was given an order that wasn’t his and NONE of the staff bothered taking a moment to make sure everything was okay. They completely ignored him to answer phones and help door dash drivers as he stood in front of them. None of the staff asked for payment before handing him probably $100 worth of wings. Out of anger, my husband left the bags of food on the ground and left. An hour of our evening wasted because of careless employees.

Great staff and atmosphere, the beer is decent and we’ll priced. Food is ok, ended up with boneless wings which I didn’t want but they were not bad for grown up chicken nuggets. Service is really good.

Stopped in for lunch and everything was great. The bartender was friendly and quick with my order and drinks. Once ordered my food showed up in no time! The speed was incredible. The food itself was also very good. I’ve been disappointed in the past with the wings themselves (sauce is always delicious) but these wings were very good and well prepared. Great place, always a good time.

This is probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to. The start is fine, you walk in, get seated, and get your drinks. The issue is when the waiter leaves the table. It takes about 15-30 minutes just to get chips, then it takes about 30-60 minutes just to get food, and it somehow gets worse. The food isn’t even good and the fries are usually really dry and hard to eat. This is the worst part. Every waiter can NOT get any checks correct if there are 2 or more. Almost every waiter can not track of 2 or more checks which is very disappointing because every other restaurant can handle way more than 2. The waiters also don’t know the reward system and the sides for the buffalo wings. We got charged for the chips and salsa even though we got the reward for free chips. The waiter also doesn’t know that the carrots come with the wings since we got charged with the carrots separately.

I went in and ordered to go. The gal did not know what she was doing and I was in a bit of a rush. It took a bit to get the order in. I only waited 20 minutes for the food. I’ve noticed the prices have gone up for what you get. Portions seem smaller and condiments to go with the wings.

If we could give zero stars for our experience we would. Ordered takeout and our order was wrong after a 40 min wait. Took another 45 min to get our order back to us and it was still wrong. Was told we could come back tomorrow if we wanted our refund. Terrible.

Wings were amazing as always. Got a To go order and the only complaint I had was wait time. The restaurant was busy, and most employees were working quickly with determination. The couple emplyees that I saw that acted indifferent to their job annoyed me, though. My wings were hot when I got ’em, so that’s really the most important thing.

The food is always amazing. I have never had a complaint on the food. The service is always really great. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice. Just a tad loud. Hard to hear the people I’m sitting with sometimes.
