BWW is not what it used to be. Traditional and boneless wings used to be a treat for our family. We’ve always love their wide range of sauces. Over the years both bone-in and bone-out wings have gotten smaller and smaller and not as juicy. Why? I have no clue. You can get better wings at your local restaurants. Its pretty sad. During our last attempt to see if things have improved, we ordered online which means that yes, the food will not be as fresh as if you visited the restaurant. But the quality shouldn’t have been this low. The wings seemed overcooked making them a little tough. Not ideal.
The best part was the nachos and the onion rings. Those were actually really good.
We’ll keep coming back because we are confident that they can return to their glory days.

Ate there on a Tuesday night. Pretty standard experience, hence the 3 stars because it was average.
Only negatives were the cheese fries which didn’t have much of any cheese, thick layer of dry rub seasoning on 2 wings, and I ordered a Busch light since it was on special for $3, but server gave me a regular draft at full price (about $2.50 more) instead.
The waitress offered to change the price but I didn’t want to wait around.

Ordered online and pick up was supposed to be at 640pm, I arrived late and still waited 50 min. I wish there would have been a notice on the App as I would never have ordered. The system needs a major improvement. The workers did the best they could considering all the people waiting and getting impatient. I will never order online again with this restaurant.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. The wings are dry and tough, like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp all night. Service is slow. So I was mildly surprised when I placed an order online for pickup and it was ready and hot when I went to pick it up. Only to be met with rotting celery sticks and a literal wing that was HALF FULL OF FEATHERS. How does that make it from the kitchen to a customer’s plate without anyone noticing?? And yes, the rest of the wings were still dry and tough. I think this might be my last try at bdubs. Tots were good though.

If you have wings in your name then the wings better be the star of the show. That may have been true long ago for this chain but now this is the last place I’d go for wings. The bogo deal used to be great to where I would eat here almost weekly. But now $17 for 10 tiny, sometimes dry wings is WILD. the only thing they have going for them is a decent selection of sauces.

I came to buffalo wild wings in sioux falls on 09/24 traditional wing Tuesday special. I ordered 10 traditional then get additional 10 wings free, my sauces i chose were origina buffalo and Nashville hot, and dry rub desert heat. For alcohol beverage I had tall Michelob Ultra. Everything was good and service was great. I would come back again.

I would give an in depth review on why this buffalo wild wings is trash, but its honestly not worth the time to write that book. Long story short I was unhappy with my food, and was told, its how it is. I shared my concerns with the bartender, and manager, and left without it being made right. Here’s pictures of my receipt and how much food I left on the table. My beer was cold, thats about the only thing that was right.

Tried to have dinner here last night. Drinks and food were ordered quickly. However, after 50 minutes the food never came. Waitress could have cared less. After saying it would be more of a wait we decided to leave. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. This location has gone downhill the past few months. If you do get wings, they will likely have little to no sauce on them

So this was a last minute decision after we left Sam’s club and the wait time was nothing so off to a great start. We were seated right away and the waitress took our drink order and that got to us rather fast. I will say that it was super busy and it seemed rather ok for the amount of people that were there and we were having fun doing the trivia.
The waitress took our food order and then this is where it goes downhill, after we placed the order we must have waited about 40 minutes before our food got to us and then I didn’t even get what I ordered, I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich which is a classic and instead of fries I asked for Mac n cheese but what they gave me was a grilled hockey puck looking piece of chicken with fries and when I explained that is not what I ordered and told them I didn’t want fries they took it it back and brought it right back to me with just a small bowl of Mac n cheese so at this point I was just a bit irritated and barely touched my food. The nice waitress asked if I wanted to change it and at this point I said no thank you because I don’t have another 40 minutes to wait for my food while my family already had theirs. Just don’t think we will be returning.
