This was by far the worst Bdubbs experience I’ve ever had. The only waitress that’s ever good here is Casey. She’s amazing. Everyone else is awful. Slow and dont pay attention for nothing. The fries and chips were stale and horrible. My burgers are always really good I don’t understand why the other food isnt. If you go here I’d always ask for your server to be Casey!!!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. For our take out order, we waited over an hour—until nearly 10 p.m.—for our order. When the food finally arrived, only a fraction of it was correct: out of the Pick Six items we ordered, the staff only provided three chicken strips.
The manager apologized and assured us we would receive a refund for the inconvenience. However, four days passed with no refund issued. When I called the restaurant to follow up, I was told someone would look into it and email me with an update. No one ever did. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through PayPal to get my money back.
This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish, and the lack of follow-through on the refund was especially disappointing. I hope the location improves both its service and its communication moving forward.

It was a bit frustrating. I ordered food on the app, with plenty of lead time (or so I thought!). I ordered at 4:30pm for a 6:20pm pickup. I finally got my food after 7:30pm. BWW was full of customers, which was good for them. But I’m not certain I can recommend ordering via the app.

Wings done right. Traditional wings 5 stars! But tonight brought family of 5. The Nacho platter with brisket was missing cheese… brisket was terribly dry. My daughter got the brisket sandwich and the brisket was equally terrible. Also the boneless wing/nuggets were not well sauced like in previous visits. Hated having to change my rating. We make nearly 100 buck purchases here at least monthly. Hope the owner reaches out to attempt to make this right.
P.s. server was new. Very nice personality. Made mistakes but addressed them appropriately. Except for the very bad brisket and nachos. She tried. More than most servers!

pretty nice and fancy! awesome waiter. great food. the MTN Dew legend was very good too. tastes alot like the discontinued MTN Dew pitch black. but with a gingerale taste. had a fun time.

Food was ok. The chicken was cooked well and very juicy, but the mild buffalo sauce upset my stomach. It was unlike any buffalo sauce I’ve ever had. Tasted more like ranch. Our waitress was less than friendly and acted like it was a bother to check on us. The entire restaurant side of the restaurant was empty and yet we were sat at a dirty table; stains and old food on it. While the food wasn’t terrible, this location needs to train its staff to be nicer and clean better.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would, the service was absolutely ridiculous! When I got there, there was 3-4 empty tables just filled with trash. And I had to stand there and wait 15mins just to get seated. The place smells very and, and is very dirty. Then I waited another 15 mins just to get a drink, when I FINALLY got to order my food, I waited 45-1hr for my food that was WARM! Not fresh, like it’s been sitting, the food was terrible, gave me a terrible stomach ache for the rest of the night.
NOT TO MENTION! I asked for more ketchup and was completely ignored and told that there was ketchup on the table, like I wouldn’t be asking for any if there was. People sitting behind me who got there 10mins after me got seated right away, and got food before me. Pretty odd if you ask me.
The owner walked by me and as I was trying to get his attention, he completely ignored me and walked away.
