I’m town for work and needed to find a place to watch NFL football games. Awesome place. I sat at the bar the bar tender was awesome she never let my glad go employee and allowed me to sit and watch 2 football games. I highly recommend you come and eat and visit. I will be back soon and often.

Me and my mom came here when we were down visiting family, we’re not from here so it was a little irritating when we came in and it was a little longer of a wait but our host was very helpful and she explained to us that the kitchen was a little behind and that she would get us seated asap. And we got seated not even 20 mins later, the same girl brought our food out about 30 later. She was so positive and uplifting even though our food was a little cold and it was a long wait, it was a great experience even though it was a little busy. For that reason only we will be coming in more often, her name tag said Aubrey and she wore glasses. The server was also amazing while taking our order and made sure our drinks stayed full, she had blonde hair and I didn’t catch her name. 10/10 experience.

I have ordered from this establishment many times. While the food is good, and the people are friendly, they always forget items on our orders. This happens on both (sometimes on) dine in and *every* time we have done take out. They forget portions of the meal, the sauces, sides, anything.

We sat at the bar and had wonderful service from Akeem and Taylor!! Attentive and super sweet. Akeem helped my mom special order a wrap and Taylor always made sure our drinks were full. Great service!!

I haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years. If you follow my reviews, I don’t go to a lot of franchise restaurants. I received a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings, so we went to check it out again. Most of it is how I remember everything good, but nothing that stands out. Nice atmosphere for sports games with all of the big screens.
The burger I tried did surprise me, though. It was smaller than I expected from the picture, but it had great flavor! My wife’s buffalo chicken wrap was your average buffalo chicken wrap, but my burger flavor was something special. It genuinely surprised me. I don’t believe I’ll come back often, but I hope they still have this burger when I do come back.
I believe it was called the Bacon Smashed Chile Burger, but I’m not 100% sure. I didn’t take pictures of the menu like I do with small local restaurants.

We had a large group and Sydney did great keeping our drinks replenished and making sure we were happy. When our food orders didn’t all come out together, she took responsibility and manager Todd apologized and took a percentage off our bill. It did not negatively affect our experience, our time at the restaurant was great! Very impressive that they did their best to make it right.

I stopped in Saturday for some wings. I ordered 15 traditional. The wait after ordering took quite a while. A food runner dropped off my food and left right away without asking if we needed anything. I noticed right away the wing plate only had 2 drummies, the rest paddles, were overcooked to chewy, and they were barely warm. I waited for my server Rayna to come back 5 minutes later and brought up the issue to her. She shrugged her shoulders and told me they were busy and left. There were plenty of open tables so that was not a valid excuse. This was laziness with the cook and the time they sat in the window. I left a 4 dollar tip so this meal was 25 dollars for absolute garbage and service. BW3 wing sizes have decreased in size over the years. I remember when they were downtown at the mall. The service was great, the wing size was large and juicy and pricing was reasonable. That’s not the case with this location. I did call back to the store and asked to speak with the store manager about it but she said he wasn’t there and hung up. I would elsewhere for wings IMO.

Got my food only thing not cold and sad was my burger. I ordered the pick 6 for $20 with two sides of fries, 10 boneless buffalo wings, an American cheeseburger, and a strawberry lemonade. Fries were cold and not enjoyable along with the wings I very much enjoyed my burger and lemonade that’s about it…

We were seated right away and were able to order quickly. The appetizer was delicious and it was brought a half hour before our food, which wasn’t horrible because we had time to enjoy it. I might be aging myself, but I remember when BWW was a messy experience with all the sauce on the wings. Now, they seem to barely have any sauce on them. My husband ate 2 with his fingers and didn’t even have sauce on his hands. They were good, just different. The waiter was on top of drink refills and was great. Nice family restaurant with a lot of tvs.
