I haven’t been to a BWW in a little over a year, so I’m not sure how they have been trending in general; but this location seems to be pretty lackluster.
I visited during a weekday during off-peak hours (it was between 2 and 3 PM), and there were only roughly 3-4 other parties dining at the time; but they still seemed to be under staffed. Service was relatively slow overall, it took longer than normal to order, and it took forever for the food to come out. I was there just under an hour as a party of one, having only ordered boneless wings and fries. The staff were super friendly though.
The food quality is about on par with most BWWs I’ve visited in the last 5 years or so. The chicken was tender enough with plenty of sauce. The fries were actually quite good.
With the Popeye’s open and plenty of other local casual dining options, I doubt I will be back to this BWW any time soon. That being said, if you’re a BWE diehard and need your fix, this location will probably be fine.

We always order takeout, so I can’t say much to the table service, but the hostess and the people at the to-go counter are always smiling and super friendly. My Order are always well packed and the food is great. Unfortunately, there is always something wrong with my order. Usually it’s boneless wings instead of traditional or vice versa. Never anything missing, so it’s a relatively minor issue every time, but still…. It is every time.

We had a great dinner with family and friends. Considering it was game night and there was a convention in town, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were seated (immediately). Drinks and meals were perfect, and we were never rushed out. Highly recommend for a fun night out.

So ordered a big meal for the household. 4 types of wings and fries. 2 of the types were sweet but yet had no sweetness to them The honey bbq just tasted like their regular bbq and the fries were stale. Have you ever brought home fries left them in the fridge overnight then nuked them and pretended they were normal? That was the fries. Tried to feed the fries to our chickens and even they wouldn’t touch them. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is the nugget meat was well cooked and actual chunks of chicken. Now if only the sauce and fries weren’t a deal killer

Mainly I take issue with their delivery or take out service. I have gotten either of those from this location no less than 7 times and EVERY time I have 1-5 items missing from the order. And this isn’t doordash theft, as it even happens when I pick it up. This has been going on for years and is rid⁶iculous. Last night we were shorted 15 wings, fries, items seasoned with he wrong seasoning intended for missing items.

Emily is AMAZING! Definitely management material took care of our 30+ person party and did an amazing job and this is on a Saturday at lunchtime. Super busy they did phenomenal. The food is great would definitely recommend.

It was Saturday night, a bit busy; however, we received the wrong beer, were not given silverware until food was cold, and I ended up getting water for the table. Our fries came out almost 10 minutes after the rest of the food, but at least were warm.

Food is for drunk people who like sports. Sadly. I am not a drinker, nor do I care for sports. 30 ish TVs with 3 different channels and NO Closed Captions. So loud, and I was there during a slower day. Service was good, aside for how long I waited for my check. And only one toilet in the men’s room apparently…

I went to pick up my order and initially gave the wrong name, but I immediately corrected myself. The host then asked what the order included, so I stated “10 boneless wings.” She proceeded to toss the bag toward me without any acknowledgment—no greeting, no confirmation, and no “good evening.” There was also a man at the counter who said nothing. I chose not to address it at the time, as I didn’t have the energy to dispute the interaction.
After leaving the counter, I realized that most of the sauces from my order were missing. I returned and informed her. This could have been resolved easily with a quick apology and by handing me the sauces, which has been my experience in similar situations. Instead, she asked me to pull up the receipt and went through it sauce by sauce, which felt unnecessary.
When she returned with the sauces, she said “here you go” and “have a good day,” but it felt insincere given the earlier interactions. Overall, the lack of courtesy and customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to or ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings location again.
