I ordered from here on Uber Eats just now and received the most disgusting good ive ever gotten. I would have been embarrassed to send this out!! Food is not cheap. I got dry, stale, old boneless wings with no sauce. Fries stale and cold. Unimpressed. Do bettee.

Not sure how a restaurant can screw up a delivery order every time, but this Buffalo Wild Wings location by the UofMN certainly does. At first, I thought it was the 3rd party app so I stopped using GrubHub and instead ordered directly from my BW3’s online account/app. So, last night I checked the delivery tracking as 3 different drivers from DoorDash drove to this location to pick up my food but left with no food and no delivery for me. So, I called this BW3’s and informed them that I had placed this order with them directly, had a confirmation number from BW3’s and everything. Staff put me through to the manager, who was insistent that I need to contact DoorDash for a refund. What?! I explained how my order was placed through BW3, to which he got defensive, impatient, and eventually hanging up the phone. So, I call the DoorDash driver who says he does have a BW3 order but it’s for a delivery address near the UofMN. I live in South MPLS, the address was not mine. I called the BW3 manager again, who was a little more patient this time and told me I would get the order delivered and a refund. I got the food from DoorDash driver attempt #4, over 2 hours from the order time. And, just saw that the transaction on my debit card is no longer “pending” so I was charged. No refund. My sanity is worth the $25, I’m not calling back for it and never dealing with this place again.
12/05/25 update: Added additional star to review due to the full refund being returned to my banking account today without me having to call back or do anything additional. So they did stand by their word after all, which is worth acknowledging.

I stood in line for over 20 minutes without anyone coming up to the counter, with a line of 7 people behind me. I let them all get their orders first as they were doordashes and such. Once a worker finally came up and helped them and it was my turn I ordered, not without a struggle, and then asked the black lady-bartender if I could have a beer while I waited for my food. She was busy and rightfully annoyed as she was cleaning out the bar to close soon. But she let me buy a drink and she was really sweet and polite. She made my night better, and her smile made me smile. She definitely added that second star.
Overall I will say do NOT order takeout here. Just go in and sit to eat, the staff are welcoming, although all clearly stressed.

We brought friends here before the hockey game at Mariucci very close by. It was packed but I approached a family that looked to be ready to leave and they gave us their booth upon leaving. Otherwise it was sketchy as to how long we would have waited for a nice booth. The food was great but could use a little more selection. Service was excellent. Atmosphere loud but fun before a game.

One of the weirdest store experiences I’ve ever had. There was no one at the front desk, and no customers coming in or out. I waited for about 20 minutes with no sign of any staff. There was only a note on the desk saying “We see you on camera,” which felt really uncomfortable.
The app showed that my food was already ready, but there was no one to hand it to me. After waiting a total of 30 minutes, a lady finally arrived and simply pulled my food out from under the desk, meaning it had been sitting there the whole time, even before I arrived.
I ended up wasting 30 minutes just to have someone take the food out from under a desk. Very strange and poorly managed experience.

Came in before a game, it was busy but not packed. We got a booth as soon as we arrived.
We had to go find a server after we’d sat for 20 minutes. A server came over and took our order. She said our drinks might take a minute as they were backed up at the bar. 45 minutes later, we flagged another server down and she said she’d go check. 10 minutes later we had to go find a server again and ask about the food. She said the food would be out in 5 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes, no drinks nor food so we left.

OMG every table dirty you can see in the pictures along with the entire bar not clean and stacked with dishes. Slow service to boot 20 minutes to just take food order. Update, even better, they sent me an email to fill out to make it right. I went through filled it all out, they asked if we should contact you, I checked yes. Guess what, no follow up. Not only is the store disgusting where the 1 star reviews pass the 5 stars by far. Their corporate follow up is as bad as the dirt on the tables and bar.

Got an extra beer when I didn’t ask for it. My buddy’s wings were extremely overcooked/dried out, and mine were cold. Seems like they were cooked far before they were served. Atmosphere is fine, service is good if they’d listen.

Our server Kathryn, (brown hair), was a fantastic addition to our night. She made the whole dinner experience wonderful. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and always ready to help and always filling up our drinks right as they empty. I’ll be coming back.
