Ordered 4 cheeseburgers for my kiddos & tacos for myself. Burgers were to be no mayo. Said so on receipt & had a sticker indicator on boxes. All burgers had Mayo. A nice amount of it too. The tacos were so salty, I couldn’t eat them. I had my husband and children all take a bite to see if it was just me & everyone agreed that they were not edible due to the salt. 5 meals of the 7 I ordered in the trash.
Did a survey and no one reached out for further info. Wasn’t worth hassle of driving back up there.
On the plus side, they got all of our sides & sauces correct.

I placed a take out order for pick up and when I got home.. realized that I was missing half of my wings. Totally ruined my mood and when I went back to pick it up, there was no apologies at all from the cashier. A simple “Here you go.” I don’t ever write reviews, but this really just annoyed me. Please do better.

Brought the food home to a bit of a disappointment. The fries portion was small, cold, and soggy, not fresh. The wings were ordered were small, cold and had little sauce on them. I’ll probably never order from this location again as I’ve had better elsewhere. Save your money!

They cant even figure out how to put sauce on wings. To be clear there was sauce on them it was just such a pathetic amount it wasnt even capable of leaving a residual on the container which is infinitely more disappointing than if they had just came plain because someone forgot.

The selection of alcohol and non- alcohol beverages is top – notch. The bartender is very friendly and a good mixologist of cold beverages.Very neat collection of Minnesota Sports memorabilia like University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Sports. . The waitress Belle was very gracious and kind. She explained the menu options very well. She was open to viewing videos of Classic 80s Pop/ rock by bands Blondie, Pat Benatar, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart , Patty Smythe of Scandal. etc. The chicken Wings vary from regular to very spicy. Wide variety of beverages. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. too. Will be back soon after another Minnesota Golden Gopher victory ! One of the best toppings are Dry Rubs. The black bean burger that was cooked to perfection. That is a fun jukebox. The best part is the Top 100 songs from the 1980s. Highly recommend the 4 songs by Samantha Fish!!! We will come back on “Fish Fridays ” during the Lenten season. Waitress Belle is the best .

Poor everything! I had a large wing order $220 + tip. I didnt get the veggies that go hand in hand with wings. Its a wing joint! And when I did get them, they were crusty. The entire situation WAS NOT handled well by the management. Complete waste of hard earned money.

we were seating right away but it took 20 minutes for a server to come greet us, we wanted to order right away but right after she asked us about our drinks she left in a hurry. it takes about 10-15 minutes for all of our drinks to get to our table but she leaves in a hurry without asking us if we wanted to order. we had to flag her down to order appetizers. about 30 minutes our appetizers get here and by that time we wanted to order our food but she leaves in a hurry once again. we flag her down to finally order our entrees and another round of apps, when the food arrived in 30-40mins we ate for about 20 minutes and asked the bill right away so we don’t have to wait for her to come back. i tell her i want a chocolate cake to go and to put it on the bill. we wanted to split the bill but there was a bunch of mistakes when it happened so we eventually just asked for it to be in one bill. at this point it’s been about 20 minutes since we first asked for the bill. 10-15 minutes more go by and my order to go was still not here. we flag her down for the last time asking where the cake is. she goes to the kitchen and comes out promptly. i dont know what she was doing half of the time but she was not out serving tables for the majority of the time we were there, multiple tables that came after us had been served a lot quicker than we were and left before we had. when i got home i opened my cake and my ice cream was missing.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at this location on Sunday afternoon with a party of eight. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we waited to be seated and were initially asked to split up. After finally being seated together, we were told our server would be with us shortly, but no one came. After waiting over ten minutes with no service, we left. Very poor customer service.

Freezing cold in the restaurant with cold air blowing on tables is not a pleasant way to start. Asked to switch to another booth waitress said no I have people coming for that table, gave me and my young child a high top. Food is mediocre and overpriced but found the best deal to be the appetizer sampler 8 boneless wings, nachos, onion rings and mozzarella sticks $15 vs $9.50 for 6 boneless wings. Food came had no plates, utensils or napkins, asked for them, food runner forgot and tried to find some myself, waitstaff finally brought them. The place never warmed up.
