The patty melt was delicious and seasoned great. Was luke warm but was still great. The Hach chili burger was also like warm but very tasty. Fries were ice cold and had to send back. Fresh ones that came were very well seasoned. Will need to go back to try other items.
My Mac n’ cheese burger was awful last night, of which I’ve had many from several other locations and the worst of them far surpassed this. The cook let the edges of the patties char black and dry before removing them from the grill. Furthermore, they put them he Mac n’ cheese on the grill until the cheese had formed a solid scab of burnt cheese and slapped that down atop my burger.
I could make sludge taste better.
Having worked in foodservice, I know from experience that it takes a special level of unsophisticated to ruin one of the easiest cooking items in human history. If this location had any integrity, they would know better than to let such a fool serve ‘food’ to their customers.
The server was great and refilled our drinks without asking. Thanks to their attentiveness, our visit was not entirely miserable.
They took both orders of fries I had returned. I thought cool they’ll remake the fries (they didn’t). After waiting 20 more minutes, i went up to the counter and asked for a refund and they were like oh your food’s ready, we were trying to decide if we wanted to give you both orders… i’m like did i get charged for both.. they go Don’t know. So basically they were trying to decide if they should double my order without figuring out what I had been charged… Then another person came up and was like I can give you a refund for one. (I should have demand for both and left but whatever, now the food was magically done.) But I can’t give a refund until tomorrow morning. Here’s a receipt that means nothing. Look on your account and see if we did it in 3 days and if we didn’t call the store.
Then they gave me double the wings and only one of the fries I originally left the store with. Came home ate cold fries. And now I get to wait for multiple days to see if they actually refunded me.
I’m honestly, still pissed. As someone who worked as a manager in the restaurant industry what terrible service.
The store was pretty quiet, and I only caught about 3 employees at the time, so maybe being short staffed was an issue.
Our server was great, unfortunately, our order was not! My wings were overcooked, dry as hell, as in NO sauce when I specifically said “Wet”. My daughter’s sandwich was disheveled and just lazily thrown together. We did not receive our vegetables, and my daughter’s boneless we’re over cooked as well.
We didn’t even have a chance to eat as we had to go because they’d taken so long with everything. I miss the day’s where people gave a damn, and there was good pride & integrity in the service!
Never going back! Shame.
Old Review: Took 35 minutes longer than the estimated pick up time only to get home and zero sauce on what was supposed to be honey garlic wings.
