The wings were horrible super undercooked. On top of that, I ordered 10 boneless wings without spice, and they gave me medium spicy. I’m allergic, so I couldn’t eat them. Definitely the worst wings ever. I would never come back go somewhere else. They’re awful and the service is terrible. We ordered online, and when we arrived they told us they had mixed up the order.

Absolute dumpster fire! Stopped in with a friend to get some wings. The place was completely empty. We ordered 30 traditional wings. It took over 30 mins to get the wings. The excuse was they were cleaning the fryer. I guess cleaning the fryer takes more priority. The bartender was having her lunch and chatting it up with beer guy. All the while the manager sitting on the other side of the room enjoying him self. Once we got our food. The bartender when back to chatting it up. Our silverware was completely dirty and we put it out for the bartender to take it. We were not asked if we wanted any refills. She did not check on us at all. She cleared nothing during the whole meal or when we paid. I ordered 10 wings to go. She literally go them from he kitchen to us in under 60 seconds. How is that possible? These were the worst looking wings ever. There is a chick foot in there. They were not even tossed in sauce they literally just dumped some over the top. S***a the bartender was completely distracted and very focused on her chat session. We paid $62 dollars for literally the worst service possible. This place is disgusting and the pictures are right here to show you.

I placed a pickup order and paid for my food. When I got there, they told me it was a “glitch” and the manager wouldn’t even come out to speak with me. I lost my money and got no food. To make it worse, no one called to tell me my order was cancelled.
They wasted my time driving out there, and now I have to call customer service to get a refund. They should have called me or just fulfilled the order I paid for. Let’s be clear: there was no glitch. I received an email confirmation and an order number. They knew who I was when I gave my name, but they simply refused to notify me, speak to me, or give me the food I paid for.
This is terrible customer service and bad management. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Ordered online thru Grubhub a few days ago and that will be my last time. My hot food was late so it was delivered cold (salad was warm), My order came prepared incorrectly as the receipt indicated “sauce on the side” two times which is an option BWW provides! Missing additional sauces I ordered. Side salad was warm with small dusty carrots sticks and wilted leaves. Not worth the value.
Owner reached out to provide a link for feedback (which I already provided on this review), this is a lame attempt at appearing to do something about poor service. No one offered a refund/re-order/solution. Just avoid this place folks

This used to be one of my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The customer service was lacking, and our server was very unwelcoming. It was disappointing compared to my past visits

Good food. Meaty crispy wings. Jordan was a great server. She was attentive and friendly. Fun place to hang out and watch sports or play trivia. The manager was friendly to. I will be back for lunch. Keel up the great hospitality.

Edit 5 years later: My nephew wanted to eat here again. Food was A LOT better than I remembered. Everything else in the review below was still accurate. Clean, good service, hot food, etc.

Our server was great. She accommodated all of our weird requests. Can’t complain one bit about the service. Food was meh. I got a burger and fries. It was acceptable. The boneless wings as an appetizer were meh. (The blue cheese is very pungent, that isn’t bad, but if you are used to milder blue cheese, maybe ask for ranch instead).
If you’re looking for a place to hang out and watch a game, with wings and beer, they hit the nail on the head; this is your place. If you are looking for a night out with good food, try somewhere else. Food isnt bww specialty.
I can’t knock too many stars off as the place was clean, service was good and food was hot. I went in expecting bad food and they hit my expectations. My nephew wanted to eat here, not me. According to him, the mini corn dogs and onion rings are exceptional.

I have been a huge fan of BWW for years but this location has gone down hill over the past few years. I have ordering a lot of take out and the wings always seem a little under cooks and very lacking on the sauce even though I ask for extra sauce. Multiple times I have been missing whole boxes of wings, but by the time I get home (25 min) I don’t want to go back. The QC sticker shows everything was there when clearly it isn’t. The funny thing it says tell us how we did but does have and email address to send comments to.
