I enjoyed the service and the small table for one or two. It gives a little privacy without taking too much space. The food was good and the wait time was less than 10 minutes.

I waited in front of the hostess stand for at least two minutes while three hostesses stood chit chatting. The restaurant was almost empty but I was sat in the middle at a small table, even though I was eating along you would think they’d seat customers at the outer tables that are more comfortable. My waitress was attentive and polite and took my order fairly quickly. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a regular order of wedges. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, the croutons were somewhat stale but no big deal, and the salad could have used more dressing. The wedges were good but a tiny portion for $5. My main gripe is with the atmosphere, the music was blaring and workers were standing around talking loudly amongst each other. It made for a tense ambiance that wasn’t enjoyable to be at. I’d rather eat somewhere else that’s more enjoyable and likely wouldn’t return.

Food was good. Service was ok. Music was loud! We were visiting from out of town & had a birthday in the group. That individual had downloaded the app prior to arriving to the restraunt but the offer didn’t show up, so wasn’t allowed the birthday item. The response was oh it will be on your app probably tomorrow & you have all month to use it. Being from out of town this is most likely the only time we would be eating at buffalo wild wings this month. Given the whatever attitude, it will be less likely that they are on our list of choices in the future.

Was looking forward to some wings for lunch so I stopped at the bwws in the MSP airport. Service was excellent, wings left a lot to be desired…over cooked, under sauced. Left unsatisfied. Fries were good, iced tea hot the spot. Maybe just an off day as I’ve never had a bad experience at BWWs – first time at the airport though

I get that chicken wings are egregiously overpriced basically everywhere, but it still sucks when you pay more than ten bucks for nature’s saddest little plate of boneless wings. Sauce was great and the chicken was juicy, but the value for money is quite low compared to the chicken tenders, which come with a side and make a proper meal.

Also hate paying more than the price of a 2 liter bottle of pop for a cup that’s half ice, refills or not.

Food here was good, I ordered a 10 piece traditional split with the Luau BBQ and Caribbean Jerk. There was a good amount of sauce and the flavor was there from other Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too (photo attached). Service was great as well, I was seated quickly with no wait and they accommodated me by a place with an outlet to charge my electronics. Jeremiah was helpful and responsive with my order. All other staff were also helpful with asking if I needed anything additional. Pricing, about $20 for the 10 traditional wings. Atmosphere was nice, they have a lot of outlets around for travelers to use. Only knock I had was the area I was seated at wasn’t wiped down. I do also acknowledge some of these establishments don’t have optimal employees so I also keep that in mind when leaving a review as well. Other than that I’d recommend stopping by here if you have a chance and want some chicken wings.

I’m so glad that I decided to visit this place while on a layover here. Our waitress, Katrina was super awesome! Very attentive. The food was super on point. I was really surprised that the burger was sooooo good!

My server, Ashley P was very good but the food was lacking, even for airport food. The sauce was just glopped on the lukewarm warm wings and the carrots and celery were slimy! The onion rings were hot and crispy, I would order those again.

Our waitress Mahder took my ice water and placed it on another table, with people who were just seated! I said, “hey…I’m drinking that…” she brought it back. Im thinking…uh…even if I wasnt….really!?

just not a good experience. I came here while on a layover flight. it looked like everyone was rather frantic working. they had a very limited menu. the hosts and staff were not informing but complaining the limited menu was because they only had one cook in the kitchen at 530 on a Friday night. I kept my order simple and got a drink and some boneless tenders. the chicken came out with about 3 min of ordering it and I never got the chips and salsa I ordered. you could tell the chicken was just sitting there. The chicken was hard and definitely not cooked fresh. It wasn’t even completely coated in the sauce just a quick like drizzle on top. Worst part was the fact that I had ordered certain amount but for the majority of the pieces seemed as if they were the ones at the bottom of the fyer. I had gotten my food before my drink and then had to wait to get utensils and napkins. I tried to eat what I could but by the time of the waitress finally came back I just gave her my card to pay and left. I ended up going to the food court and got something else to eat.
