We use to go to Buffalo Wild Wings all the time. This is the first time after the pandemic. I got a to go order which I tipped ahead of time. Wow has it changed. They had just a limited menu- just wings and cheese sticks. I wanted to get our normal order. No Mac and cheese , no chili cheese dip; these were out – a favorite of ours. The wings did not come with celery or blue cheese . I ordered the traditional wings because I use to love the deep fried texture tossed with hot sauce . My wings were warm, but soggy- you can tell they were not freshly fried before tossing. I am so disappointed. The order took longer than I remembered . The place was only a quarter full. I know ownership has changed- boy the service and quality has really gone down . I hope they take these google reviews seriously and feed them into their individual locations (location is in this post already) feedback action list for improvement. before people like me- who were advocates for them completely go somewhere else.

Ive never been to this location and been disappointed. There was either not enough staff scheduled or there was mainly only one employee greeting, waiting on and taking payment from guests. Granted it wasn’t busy by any means however we still received poor service. Our waitress was probably upset for doing all that she was by herself which I dont blame her for… but her customer service skills lacked greatly… she didn’t ever once have a smile, she slapped a few things on the table without saying a word and walking away. She also didn’t ask how we were doing until after she gave us our bill which…. was not all that long after we received our food… and we never got asked if we needed more to drink…. if you don’t have enough staff don’t have your doors open. Can’t expect one person to do all she was doing and she also had a terrible attitude about it. I don’t like leaving bad tips but our experience was not good today.

I used to love their wings and would come to bdubs often. The first pic is the first batch of boneless medium we got tonight. They tasted like chemicals. 2nd pic is the remakes, which we tried to eat some from this, but it just simply wasn’t good. This isn’t merely overdone. They need to fix their oil situation because this is not okay to be serving food like this. I don’t care how often they say they change it. (“Every 2 days”) It’s probably just as unsafe as bad the taste is.

I’m being generous by giving 2 stars. The food was cold, details forgotten(no straws in cups with lids for kids, wrong sauce, no meat for burgers, etc) The nachos were embarrassing and cold cold. One bite was all it took. Picture for reference when it was brought to the table.

Save your time and money and go anywhere but here. We arrived at 6:04pm tonight. It took our waitress 10 minutes to even greet us. We asked for a couple samples of some sauces. 20 minutes later, we were told they ran out of one of the sauces. After 25 minutes, we finally got 2 samples. When trying to order, they were out of a couple different wing sauces, out of celery , and out of onion rings. We ordered our food and our waitress couldn’t figure out how to enter it the way I’ve always ordered it. It took an additional 40 minutes to get it. When it came out, our wings and fries were all cold. There were servers running into my chair. One server was walking around cussing. This place was an absolute mess. We were there over an hour and left without eating and very annoyed. I tried to locate a manager but they couldn’t even figure that one out.

I am never the one to write bad reviews but I came here for my birthday dinner to give this place a second shot but I was beyond disappointed again. The only that was nice was our waitress but everyone looks miserable, food was slow AF. I got my chicken wrap before my appetizer. We got there when it wasn’t even busy either. I understand that sometimes things take some time to make or being short staffed but this was just ridiculous. I’m going to the Oakdale location next time because they have never disappointed me.

We love BDubs and the food is always great every time we order from this location, But today our wings we burnt and not so tasty. Called in and they said they would refund me my money. Let’s not have this happen again as we always order from this location since it’s closer to home.
