Menu given had sauce stains, who knows how long it had been there. Booth we were at was dirty with sticky residue. Felt very unsanitary. Incorrect sauce for our wings ordered and service took an eternity when it was not busy.

Uncooked batter in multiple of my onion rings. (Pictured below) Food was all cold and whatever you do do not get the garlic Parmesan boneless. FREEZING cold and no flavor. Maybe 1-2 drips of sauce on each wing.

I ate here at 9pm. There were maybe 3-4 tables filled in the dining area and 2-3 tables in the bar area. Definitely not a busy night.
I ordered 6 wings, and when I received my wings, I could tell something was off with the first bite. The wings were definitely not fresh, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp and served because when I took a bite, it was barely warm. The Asian Zing sauce was cold to the touch.
I took another bite of a different wing and the same result.
I opened a third, put my finger on the inside of the wing, and had the same result. Pretty much room temp – cold.
We asked our wings to be re-made, as nicely as possible.
10-15 minutes later, we got a new batch, and the new batch was hard to tear apart and dry on the inside. It took some effort to stab one with a metal fork. Absolutely overcooked.
Our potato wedges stayed warmer longer than our wings.
Won’t be coming back.

Great location to grab a bite to eat. Buffalo chicken wrap never fails to hit the spot. Waitress was super cool, staff was attentive and rather pleasant. A well deserved 5 star rating!!!! SKOL

Came here with our 2 year old grandson for a quick lunch a little before noon on a Saturday. While seated promptly (by a disinterested host who spent the entire time on his phone), everything else was slow and disjointed – even though it was not busy at all in the restaurant.
Our drinks came out each separately – no big deal. But then our food all came out separately as well – unusually long waits in between. First my husband’s wings, then about 5 minutes later the toddler’s chicken strips – then at least 10 minutes later (!) the wrong salad arrives for me. We politely sent it back and just asked her to take it off the bill – which she did and was polite about it – but no mention of what took so long and why the order was wrong.
Overall the staff seemed disinterested, the atmosphere was dismissive and unwelcoming. Though we did get a hearty “goodbye and thank you” from 3 staff members as we were leaving (where was that spirit when we arrived?)
I’ve had good experiences with take out here, and in the restaurant – was very surprised at the overall experience today.
I know there are bigger issues going on in the country and the world right now. Just sharing for feedback and hoping you’ll continue to do better.

wait was EXTREMELYYYY long to get food and bill.
it felt as tho we were waiting for hours after we finished eating for anyone to notice us.
people were sat and had their food in the amount of time it took for us to get our bill. they had a different server- but we were the only parties at the restaurant.
food was ok. i got all fried things and you can’t mess up on frying something.

We visit here offen and usually we receive fast friendly service. Last night we stopped in for a quick bite but it turned into a slow visit.
We do the pick 6 when in a hurry it’s always quick, hot and fresh. We ordered with in the first 5 minutes but it took about 25 minutes to get our food and it was luke warm. We had to ask for our drinks because we never got them and also had to ask for napkins and silverware. We ate our luke warm food because we had other things to do yet. When we were done put our dishes on the edge of the table so we could get our bill that took about 10 minutes. Had the bill and card sitting on the table waiting and it took another 17 minutes before he came back.
Our quick bite turned into a long night. It wasn’t that busy and they had a lot of people on but not focused on the quest. I believe the manager was sitting with a couple team members at a table and didn’t even realize things were not flowing in the restaurant. Lots of dirty tables not getting clean. Definitely noone managing the floor. This location is usually good but tonight was not there night! Focus on the guest do your meeting during down time!

I come here often. The staff are great and the food is on par with other B Dubs.. this wrap was perfect ratio of meat to lettuce and sauce so I had to post it with fries. Onion rings are always fire.

Ive eaten here a couple times to try giving this place a chance to be at least decent and I have yet for that to happen so I won’t be going here anymore. The food sucks my wife got food poisoning or salmonella probably because the wings weren’t fully cooked. The second time the bartender Angel refused to make a drink that I asked for (only 3 ingredients) because she “didnt feel like making it” even though there was only 1 other person at the bar with me and the place was dead. This is the worst bdubs I have been to.
