This Buffalo Wild Wings is well run. It was readily apparent upon finding our seat because it was clean and the staff was on top of their game. What’s more, is that the wings were probably were the best I have had from this particular chain. They were sauced, but not overly so, yet still crispy but without being dry. Of course, we got the large onion rings with their killer dipping sauce. Fifteen wings a piece, with that app, was definitely filling enough for lunch. While we were there, no Wisconsin teams were playing anything, so it was not busy. The staff took advantage by keeping things clean. Looking forward to going wing wild there again. (We did go back again after quite a while. It wasn’t quite as good because the onion rings weren’t quite right. Anyway, the fried pickles were good).

My husband and I decided to try BWW tonight because we haven’t been in a long time. We realize why we much prefer to support local businesses like Tanners, Bazil’s, Hank and Karen’s, stone Toad etc.! Went on a Sunday lots of open seats. Service was relatively slow for it not being busy. Husband ordered boneless and we couldn’t even believe how tiny the “wings” were. Literally a 1/2 in cube at best. It felt like we were being pranked. I got traditional tossed in medium. There were 6+ feathers in the sauce. Asked for blue cheese and gave me ranch. Both our meals were cold when they came out. Just overall takeaway is local is always the better choice.

Walked in with my family and waited 5+ minutes to be acknowledged. Despite several employees walking by and others visible in the back ‘giving hand-hearts’ to each other, no one bothered to seat us or say hello. After seeing another party walk, we followed suit. It’s clear the staff is more interested in socializing than serving customers.

Absolute worst experience here. I understand the Packers are playing and it’s the playoffs but they definitely need to work on there carry out timing. Simply don’t say the order will be ready in 30 minutes and we have to wait there for over an hour for our order. I’m not even sure that was the main issue though because we were asked our name again and then they find the order and the food isn’t even luke warm it’s straight up cold. So now, do we not only have to reheat the food when we got home and are we’re missing wings and there’s hardly any sauce on them. They all need to be more vocal when calling out orders ESPECIALLY during a Packer game when the atmosphere is expected to be loud. We noticed many people cancelling orders but we decided to give a chance. Simply just do better.

I ordered 15 wings, and they are 80 batter and 20% meat. Should they crunch like chips when I eat boneless wings? I have cheese curds bigger than a wing. I decided to try bw3s again in a long time, and I remember why I just stayed far away… they are only getting worse every time I go

I ordered takeout. The front desk employee was great! He checked on my order multiple times. The disappointment was only when I got to my destination. There was barely any sauce on the wings, the box was soggy, all the food was jumbled, and the fries were not even close to warm. It was only a 7-minute drive and the container stayed upright the entire time. Also, the container for condiments was soooo small.

Note to self, and anyone reading this Google review: proceed with serious caution when ordering the naked tenders. They were so naked, they weren’t even dressed in room temperature. This is my third time at this location, and second horrible experience. So sorry BDubs, but this is serious. Date visited: 3/29/2025 Roughly 11PM.

Great service, Newly remodeled bar area looked great! ( new to me anyways… it’s been a while
Since I’ve been here). There was a sign on the table that said scan to place order and my step mom was disappointed… BUT to our surprise we were greeted by a waitress! She was very friendly and extra nice to the kiddos! The food was delicious as always! I had my usual… crispy chicken wrap with the Garlic Parmesan sauce, chips and salsa! everyone else had boneless wings for the lunch special! 10wings with fries or chips and salsa for $11! Plenty TVs with different channels on so everyone can enjoy watching something! So glad my step mom treated my girls

It was my 1st time here since I was craving wings. I Instead ordered a Grilled Buffalo Chicken wrap. It was made to perfection. Just the right amount of sauce and ranch. Thank you for your exceptional care. I will be visiting again since I work in the area.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Appleton, and I need to address the mustard situation.
It was horrendous. Heinous. An absolute disgrace to condiments everywhere.
There was no bold tang, no sharp kick, no balance — just a flat, overly processed, strangely bitter smear that tasted like it came from the bottom of a forgotten squeeze bottle. Mustard is supposed to brighten food, cut through richness, add that punch of flavor. This did the exact opposite.
It felt watered down yet somehow still harsh. No depth. No vibrancy. Just disappointment in yellow form.
For a place known for bold flavors, the mustard experience was shockingly subpar. One star strictly because that condiment dragged the entire meal down.
