I think there’s room for improvement here. Seems to be an issue with upper management. Seth and Merisaa were fantastic, but it felt like they were held back by the ‘corporate overlords’. Food was good.

So 2 Texans walk into a bar…one wearing cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. Let the staring commence! I’m sure the place is great, but we personally couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m not a fan of being stared at. We ordered the Parmesan Garlic wings and they were very very spicy. So I believe there is a huge difference from the southern ones we’re used to. Also why dont y’all have sweet tea up there!! Just add some sugar, it’ll be ok I promise!

I was a server for many years so usually I am very patient. I came in by myself and immediately I got a strong smell of marijuana, as I went to sit down the smell was over powering the restaurant. I kept looking around to see if there was another part for a casino or dispensary because it was so bad. After sitting at my table for 5 minutes my server came up to me and said he will be right with me, another 15 minutes pass and I still don’t have my drink order taken. Finally at 23 min I get my drink order in. The server looks high off of his mind and looks at my ID and says “that’s so weird your ID says BRO, I said brown? My eyes are brown. And he’s like mine are too but my ID says BRN. I said I don’t know maybe because it’s Iowa? He then hands my back my ID and laughs. Another 15 minutes go by and still no drink. The bartender walks up to me and says did you get a salted caramel martini? I said yes, she hands me my martini and the whipped cream looks like it was sitting there for a long time. 20 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food order in and my drink is gone. Finally my server comes back and asks if I am ready to order and if I want another drink. I got my food order in and it took 30 more minutes. As I was sitting there waiting for my food nats were flying around my table and I kept waving my hand around my drink to get it to go away. At one point I had 3 crawling on my table and I had to smash 1 with my hand. The atmosphere, food and cleanliness all terrible. It was my first and last time going into that restaurant.

Food was absolute trash, can’t make people pay as much as they do but then give them food thats the quality of food thats been sitting in the fridge for days that you warmed it up in the microwave. Get better cooks because they’re obviously not qualified.

We ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 tutorials tots, and 2 pieces of cake. Did through Doordarshan. Even called the restaurant to make sure order was correct. The receipt had everything listed, we were billed for all items, yet all fries and tator tots were missing. Like how do you not see 4 items missing when bagging up the order and all items are on the slip on the bag. Second time messing up our order. Not eating anything from here again

Our waitress was very un attentive toward us. (Keeping her name out for privacy)(Keep in mind there was only 3 families in the entire restaurant) We did not get the drinks we ordered until we where finished with our food, she did however throw our check on the table after our first few bites without asking us if we wanted dessert, which we where planning on getting. We ordered ranch and waters which we ended up never receiving along with only seeing our waitress those 2 times briefly. We did notice her spending long periods of time at one of the other tables but would not Acknowledge us.

Went there with the family. Stuff at the front desk for 10 minutes no one showed up to help us. So we seated ourselves, then a waitress came up with a snotty attitude. She never did get us help and she walked by multiple times and ignored us. We walked out, there was finally a front desk person standing there when we left, 15 empty tables and 10 people waiting to be seated and 6 waitresses. Worst experience I ever seen and had.

This is a fantastic, well managed location. I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants all over the country and this is one of the best I’ve ever been to the service is fast, friendly and attentive, staff is awesome, the atmosphere is great and the food is always perfectly prepared, served fresh and hot. I travel weekly for work and this is the best location I’ve ever been to.
The bartender Addysen is easily the hardest working staff member I’ve ever seen at ANY location in years. The bar was packed and she worked tirelessly alone making drinks, serving bar customers food and pouring beers for the entire bar area while I watched the football game. All this while, she kept the bar area immaculately clean, continuously attended to customers and kept a great attitude, smiling the entire time.
Parking is easy, plenty of spaces available, bathrooms are clean and prices are reasonable. Beers are cold and there’s never a long wait time. All in all, this is a fantastic location and highly recommended. I will always choose this spot for wings, watching sports or just hanging out with the crew for happy hour.

Me and my family came here for my dad’s birthday after me and my dad were planning to come here all week but our experience was horrible. We came and waited about 5 minutes just to get SEATED and after we got seated nobody helped as we sat there for about 20 minutes. They didn’t even come to ask us if we wanted any drinks so we had no choice but to leave.

Honestly the only reason I’m giving this more than one star is I got some food and we were seated immediately. Otherwise this was not a pleasant dining experience. Apparently the bartender was also our server, which would have been fine except they seemed less than thrilled to be taking our order. Okay, maybe having a bad day, I can accept that. From the time we placed our order it was over eleven minutes to get our chips and queso with chili. Okay, maybe the kitchen was a bit busy, I can accept that… except that it came out with no chili and a third of the chips were so small they couldn’t be dipped to eat. Once we finally got chili our food was out. I ordered ten traditional wings with the buffalo dry rub, only there was very little dry rub on the wings and there were only nine wings. There were some other minor issue, although I don’t feel they were anything worth mentioning in this review. Given my previous experiences with this Buffalo Wild Wings and now this experience, I will never eat here again.my sincerest apologies to all of the locally owned restaurants, I will be by soon…
