Great burger. Normally I eat wings like a normal person would at BWW’s. However, I was craving a burger and that’s what I got. It was one of the better burgers I’ve had. We started with mozzarella sticks which were hot and fresh. Very good. My wife had a chicken teriyaki wrap (as always) and my son had the chicken crispers. Everything was perfect.

Stopped by to catch some playoff hockey, the game happened to be on by the bar, so I was seated there. The bartender, Ashley, was awesome. Very attentive. She kept me supplied with tasty wings and fries throughout the game (even picked out a “i never drink alcohol- what is tasty?” drink for me. Which did, in fact, turn out to be tasty.)
Ended up losing the game (but it’s the Blues, so what do you expect..) but the experience was great 🙂
As a side note, I have to eat gluten free- I ordered the naked wings with honey bbq with fries and didn’t have a bad reaction to anything so.. hooray for gluten free options!

The wings were cold and far too salty, both mine and my wife’s. The celery was rotten and mushy. You can’t serve food like this to humans, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until they close.

I decided to do take out from the buffalo wild wings in stevens point. I order 20 wings and fries. I showed up 5 minutes early before my assignment time for my wings. No one greeted me but all looked at me for around 5-7 minutes, when I was finally able to get someone’s attention I had to wait 5 minutes for my wings which is no big deal! When I received the food the worker put the boxes in the bag upside down and 1/2 open. Also When we got our ranch the ranch was all over. I was not made about that I understood people are busy. When I went home which is less than 5 minutes all my wings were COLD. The fries I ordered barely got any and were super hard and even colder. I will not be coming back to this buffalo wild wings again.

Waited 15 minutes for our server to come and greet us just to have the tables around us who got seated after us get greeted first. As a former server I understand sections but there was one visible server that seemed to be avoiding the smaller groups as the table who walked in after us also didnt get greeted. We never ended up getting greeted so we left ♀️.

Unfortunately this place was my worst experience at a buffalo wild wings, drive the extra 30 minutes and go to the one in wausau. The food was cold. Service was below average. And friendliness of the staff was sub par.

As per usual, poor service. We walked in, only about 3 other tables in there, and we waited about 5 minutes before someone came up to seat us. When we sat down we immediately ordered and waited 30+ minutes for our food (seemed quite long considering the lack of other customers) The food was great but our server never checked in on us. The entire time we ate we never got refills on drinks which seems to be a re-occurring theme here. Great food but consistently bad service.

Usually the service here is great. We waited for about 4 minutes at the booth by the door, with an almost empty restaurant. Finally someone came from the back and seated us up at the bar. The guy behind the bar said he would be with us shortly. We waited and watched him go to the kitchen, come out with another employee. They looked up how to make a drink, we watched. And waited. And waited. Still hadn’t gotten a drink, water, nothing. After making the drink, another employee sat a gentleman down a few chairs down, got his drink and order and we still hadn’t been acknowledged. So we left. Very disappointing. I’m not one to complain but the employees watched us leave, not ever saying a word to us.

Came in tonight hoping for a chill nice sit down dinner. Was extremely disappointed.
Let’s start with the good, we walked in and the host was extremely nice and attentive; she asked us our preference in seating (booth, bar, table) and accommodated us respectively. We got to our table and our waitress was quick to come serve us.
Then it goes sideways. We ordered our food and forgot about the 6 for 20 deal happening (2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 drinks for 19.99). We also ordered an appetizer. When the appetizer came we asked her regarding the deal and was sort of hit with guilt as she told us that the manager would have to clear the “whole” tab and restart. Regardless, she did it and helped us.
We then got our food and noticed there was no forks, so we asked and she said they were being washed. Not to mention that the restaurant was maybe 20% of capacity? Not busy at all, so it was interesting but again outside factor so whatever. 10 minutes pass, we’re done with our sides and the wings are cold. I wave down another waitress who I asked about the forks and she was very helpful, she says she’ll come back with forks and if there are none then she can get plastic ones. A great answer to a bad situation. We got our forks and ate our wings that at this point were ACTUALLY cold. We finish most of our food and our original waitress came back and gave one of us a refill, besides the fact that we had 3 empty cups. She then returns to our table with the check, no mention of boxes or anything.
A bad experience always has the chance to get better with hospitality yet it didn’t. We got no apology, cold food, and just a bad experience.
I hope today was just an off day, because everyone deserves some grace. But probably won’t be returning to this location, and again disappointed in the quality of service we received.

The food is usually fine but I’m pretty sure the manager thinks he runs a night club. The music is so loud you can’t have a conversation with the person next to you…and it’s not like the place was packed. There were 4 other people in the restaurant.
