I went here before work today to grab a 10 piece of wings I don’t know it’s a cruel joke but I asked for hot bbq and got BLAZIN instead! I asked for them to be extra extra extra wet and this is what I got(see pictures). Then When I called the manager acts like he has the attitude and yes offered a refund but with an attitude! How are you mad you staff didn’t get my order right then saying I should’ve checked before leaving even if I did except the wings not ex ex ex wet why did it get BLAZING instead of HOT BBQ! Then he tells me he look at them and they were fine to his liking! Well I’m a paying customer I’m not you! And there is no way you think these orange reddish wings are hot bbq! I’m not going to get the refund I can’t come back to that side of town and I paid with cash as well so that’s that! I definitely can’t eat those extra extra extra hot wings! Those are no where near HOT BBQ

We had a server named Koltan. Omg give that man a damn raise. He is the best waiter I have ever had in my life. If anybody gets him your lucky. Food was amazing I had burger with some fries. The atmosphere was not the best there were children everywhere. But anyways it was amazing. Highly recommend only if Koltan is there.

My brother and I stopped in to grab a bite while we waited for our dogs at groomer. The atmosphere was great they restaurant was tiddy. Our waiter was amazing never an empty cup and the food was hot. Food was ok but lacked seasoning. Overall it was a great visit. Thanks buffalo wild wings for making my first visit wonderful

Service was ridiculous. Took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table for the first time to greet us and take drink orders. Sodas were watered down just tasted like dirty soda water. Food took well over 40 minutes to come out. Fries were cold. Burger tasted awful, literally sent it home with someone else in our party to feed to their dogs. Will never return. Wish I would’ve read the reviews for this location before going.

Ordered take out for lunch, wings were lackluster, hardly any flavor and crunchy. Very little sauce. You’d think a wing joint would take more pride in their wings. The place wasn’t packed or busy by any means, should’ve been my first sign. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the spot to go for wings. Probably won’t visit this location again.

Took only seconds to get seated but then 30 minutes to get orders and drinks. Wait staff buzzed around us but no one stopped. After we ordered drinks came back with in just a moment but took forever for appetizers and after that about another 15 for the meal. Waiter asked if we needed anything but didn’t stay around for an answer. I wanted another cup of blue cheese and ranch and the waiter just walked away. We had to pin down staff for soda refills. We had to walk our check up to a waiter as they didn’t acknowledge us to get the check, expected us to give them a tip. That’s a joke of a lifetime. Took us TWO HOURS for 1 sandwich, a salad and an appetizer. No cocktails, not into sports. But 2 hours?!!!!,
Wait staff was horrible as far as training, attentiveness and customer service. Was not a busy night at all!
The table next to us when we came in was all done eating and who knows on how long they were waiting before we sat down but they waited over 35 minutes for their check.
Back to the cold…..polar and artic temps. The bathroom is so cold it’s almost frost bite and currently outside is 40 degrees and it’s warmer outside.
So I ended up talking to manager about being very disappointed and she was very considerate and helpful and understanding. She is wonderful. Also the 2 hostess that I had were very nice. Tried to give the manager a way out saying tonight was just a fluke but she said no and looked ashamed and disappointed in her staff. Need to train the staff and talk to them about service.
Most likely not coming back to this one location but the manager and the waiter when we did have his attention was very nice.

Haven’t had BWW in a couple years and decided to order some takeout here for a football get together. Man was it a disappointment. Some sad looking tiny wings. The 12 piece looked like a kids meal. Some sauces missing from the wings. Buffalo chicken wrap was also without sauce, it was plain. You’re better off going to another location.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would I asked the question overall to see if they had the certain type of wings that I saw that they had on TikTok and he asked me if I was prank calling him. I would never do that I am an 84-year-old woman. My granddaughter wanted some Wild wings so I asked I will never be coming back to this Buffalo wild wings again!

Don’t you ever…EVER order from here. I ordered 50 wings for a small party that consisted of my friends and I. I ordered ahead and I got a notification that my order was to be coming early. I set the time to 5:30 for a reason. Why the heck are you sending me my order early? Then once my order arrives, I catch the delivery driver. I don’t even have the option to receive my order by hand. They just tell me it’s gonna be dropped off at my door. I should’ve known something was up then. The delivery driver left. I should’ve had him stay, but I was just super busy getting everything done. I opened the bag and the boxes are beat up the chicken that I ordered, which is buffalo by the way Isn’t even fully seasoned. They were very stingy with the sauce. It was very obvious that it wasn’t 50 pieces of chicken wings more like 30. The only thing that tasted good was the lemon pepper. Never ordering from here ever again please listen to the reviews.

I ordered 30 wings, they were whining about giving me one ranch. I ordered 30 wings and can’t get ranch? Not to mention, I asked for extra wet, they were dry, ended up eating them, puked all night and then had to call into work. Nothing about this place is correct, then I speak to the manager on the phone, he tries to only give me a partial refund. And has an attitude about it. Honestly what is wrong with this place. And looking at the other reviews, and seeing Buffalo Wild Wings still hasn’t got rid of this guy, shows they don’t care about you. Not to mention, I didn’t even get 30 wings. I got 17. How sad.
