Worst service I’ve ever had at any place, ever. Me and two friends went to get quick wings and burgers. The place wasn’t busy, so we expected fast service. We arrived and, not exaggerating, waited 30 minutes, timed on Life360. I’ve left very few reviews and don’t do this regularly at all, but this was so bad I downloaded Yelp just to put a review in. He finally came over and asked what drinks we wanted, then didn’t come back for literally 15 more minutes. When he did return, he had no drinks and asked us if we “remembered what our drinks were.” He left again to get them and didn’t come back for, once again, about 15 minutes. We then put in our food order, and it didn’t come out for 40 minutes. During that time, our server didn’t check on us once, even though we needed refills. The food was good, but it was not worth the wait. For dessert, we waited again, and our total stay ended up being 2 hours and 12 minutes. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. This place has gone downhill so far. After being told to wait 10 min to sit in a nearly empty restruant it took 30 min to get seated after having to request the manager. Took another 10 min just to get a menu and nearly 20 min to get our drink, mine was made wrong. We were given a free appetizer and got mozz sticks. Which were burned and literally empty. All the cheese boiled out. The wings are so expensive now. Over $11 for 6 wings. We are still waiting for food. It has been 40 min since we sat down. We stopped coming here cause of the poor service and figured we would give it one more shot on the BOGO day. We will not be coming back again.

Avoid this location – worth the drive to Kenosha or elsewhere. They don’t have a host so the waiters have to seat their own tables. The kitchen is freaking slow too. We put our order in at 1:12 pm on a Saturday afternoon when there were only 4 other tables in the entire restaurant and we didn’t get our food until over 30 minutes later, after our waiter after 25 minutes had passed had assured us that they were “dropping fresh wings” for us – ummm, as opposed to what exactly? Leftovers from last night!? Said he wanted to drop my fries off so they didn’t get cold but they showed up lukewarm like they sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Management needs to do an overhaul of the kitchen and the staff because this place is not up to par to other BWW.

Me and the husband took out nieces here for Dinner about a week ago the food was great but the service was even better our server Chris was amazing he was very attentive to our table. We never had to wait long for refills and he checked on us just right amount of times not too many like some people however he did not cover. It was just the right amount of time checking on us.I will definitely go there again as long as Chris is my server

Ordered on app and was told to pick up 30mins later. Went in and they were “out of wings” even with a 30min previous online order. Was told it would be 10mins…,20mins later I get my wings and queso. No chips and no sodas. 10mins later I get my chips….5mins later I get my sodas. Asked for sauce in between that all and stopped waiting for that and finally left. Horrible.

From the time we were seated to the time food arrived was over an hour. The appetizer came last after we had finished our entrees. The waiter checked in on us twice the entire visit. Not a good experience.

Ordered takeout, estimate was 20 minutes, and got there 5 minutes after it was due to be ready. 1 person already waiting at the takeout counter with no employee at the counter. 1 employee working the bar but on her phone. 1 server working. Another employee walking around in the back. Maybe 3 tables there. Pressed the button for service no one comes. More people start walking in for takeout, the girl at the bar disappears, server is ignoring the takeout window, at one point everyone went to hide in the back. I had been standing around 15 minutes with no one acknowledging the takeout counter. I asked the server to check on my order because I had to leave. 5 minutes later they walk out with some bags, but not mine 35 minutes after after I ordered. Another person there before me was told she’d have to wait another 10 minutes for her order though she was there before me and asked for a refund. The employee, in no type of rush, said they’d get their manager to come out. Walked in the back and the manager or employee hadn’t come out still after another 5 minutes so I left. Called and asked to speak woth the manager and was told they’d get them, after 10 minutes sitting on hold no one spoke to me. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback for my order I never received. Horrible service, employees dont care, DONT GO HERE. dont to to ANY BWW- they all have awful customer service- or none to speak of at that.

My 13 year old grand daughter and I had the best service ever from 2 great employees. We walked in an was greeted with a friendly cheery smile. The restaurant wasn’t busy this evening on a Tuesday. The 2 employees were attentive to us an checked more than once if we needed anything. They were so enjoyable to talk to when we were choosing our food. One even helped me get on the app and showed me the way to check points or if any deals were available. When we got our food it had just the right amount of sauce and included extra ranch if we needed. Since it was my grand daughter’s 13 birthday that day they surprised her with a slice of cheesecake and wrote happy birthday. They truly went over an above my expectations. The food is always great however they made it extra special.

When we walked in to a nearly empty restaurant and were told there would be a wait for a table we should have figured that something was up. We were informed by the host that he was dealing with an issue and would return shortly. Ten minutes later we were shown to a table. After a few more minutes we were handed menus and our drink orders were taken. Three of us in our group ordered sodas and one ordered a beer. The sodas were delivered to the table and for fifteen minutes we watched the beer sit on the bar waiting to be delivered. We ordered an appetizer of chili nachos and after waiting for twenty minutes were told that the chili was just going into the microwave to get heated up. After being told that there were many things that were the result of the slow service we informed the waiter that we were going to leave. My wife and I rarely if ever walk out of a restaurant but after waiting over 30 minutes for an appetizer that never came and who knows how much longer for the food we ordered, we had enough. This certainly is not the Buffalo Wild Wings experience I was expecting when I walked in to eat.

There used to be a commercial that said Where’s the beef, but come on Where’s the chicken? I’m not really sure how you can specialize in chicken only to be missing the chicken. I had a delivery order by Uber eats which is absolutely the worst delivery service you can use if you ever encounter a problem. My order was missing the french fries two orders of vegetables and ranch and Uber eats was like a broken record your order is complete. Can you explain to me how that is okay not to have your complete order? Your order is complete there’s nothing we can do for you. So in my opinion I would stay away from Uber eats because other delivery services would have at least looked into it or possibly partially refunded for what you were charged for never received. Now back to the chicken I understand that there is shrinkflation going on, but they might have shrink a little bit too much. Obviously I was upset with only receiving half my ordered ,but the topper is that I ordered chicken from a chicken place and it sucked and they didn’t even fulfill my order correctly missing a total of five items. I ain’t chicken to say there ain’t much real chicken that I was given and to top it off I would say frozen Tyson chicken is at least five times better than what was served here. And most definitely The wildest part of their chicken is that it didn’t contain much chicken. @BWW “Been wondering where” the chicken is?
