We came here for the first time in many years and were surprised at how deteriorated the restaurant was in cleanliness, service, and food quality. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING, and we were surrounded by tables that were piled with other people’s trash. The restaurant was not busy at all as we were there very late at night, it seemed as though they just were not bussing/cleaning the tables as people left. I added a photo of how nasty our salt/pepper holder was. Our food also came out extremely cold and just not very fresh. You could tell that the wings were old and they just threw some sauce on them. Service was nothing spectacular, but our waitress was generally nice. I would skip this location entirely and just go to one of the newer BWW locations in the area. This one is NASTY.

Went here with a pretty big group. Kimmy was our server and she was very patient, listened to everyone carefully, and was very nice! I loved how she took our order right away and brought our food out as it was done. Thank you guys for a great experience! Definitely will be coming back to see kimmy!

The toppings to chip ratio was balanced.
The portion size is almost enough for 1 adult.
The pricing was reasonable.
Overall, I enjoyed these nachos. The chili adds a nice touch of flavor to the appetizer.

Not worth coming on a Tuesday. The service is terrible. I asked our server for our fried pickle, our only appetizer, but didn’t get it until 30 minutes later. A table of four that came after us got their food before us. I even asked our waitress nicely if the appetizer was coming out before our main course. The second time I went to ask, the waitress just brushed me off, saying, ‘Well, the other table didn’t order an appetizer.’ What kind of response is that?

This place is a mess! I placed my order online and it estimated in 30 minutes it will be ready. I came later than the expected time and the employee told me they are busy and not sure when my order will be ready. I waited over an hour for my food and it wasn’t even complete. She gave me my food without my drinks. I had to walk around the restaurant to find someone to get my drinks. I felt like a homeless person walking around for help. People who are dining in are getting their food first even if they ordered after you. Why? Because they didn’t pay yet! The phone kept ringing and there was no one at the desk. An employee kept putting the calls on hold and walking back to the kitchen. This place lacks organization and structure by A LOT. I wouldn’t come to this location.

honestly never thought i’d be making one of these but today was probably one of the worst dine in experiences i’ve ever had. these two ladies made me feel very uncomfortable and i will never go back there. next time you eat out go somewhere else cause they’re gonna judge you and be very rude towards you.

Disgusting and dirty with no customers while bartender just sits on her phone. ENTIRE take out order wrong and even had the pleasure of an allergic reaction to the “marinara” sauce with the mozz sticks because I was given heated up salsa instead which I can’t have.
