Was at the bar and the bartender took it upon herself to charge my card an extra $25 and thought it wouldn’t get noticed. If it was clean and the food wasn’t so hard and overly seasoned to where it’s all in the bag then maybe a tip would have been given…. Should be terminated for doing that white blonde slightly chubby girl… ONLY PAY CASH !! May I add they never gave me a refund like they were supposed to !.

I love chicken wings and Buffalo Wild Wings is a good contender in this race. The wings were cooked well and were very saucy. The flavors were bold but the spice level was weak. Onion rings were great but you didn’t get many at all for the price!

Our server made us wait 2 hours for just appetizers. Went in with a group to purchase appetizer plates, which should absolutely not take nearly an hour to cook. Having to wait to just order was enough to justify this one-star review, but when the food came out, it was COLD. The hottest thing on the plate was the cheese curds, and the cheese was still chewy and slightly warm at best. The slider patties were burnt and “Hawaiian bread” was as far away from Hawaii as it can be. Overall, everything was really dry and the sauces couldn’t compensate for the dryness of it all. We had to ration out our waters and napkin usage because the server never came to check in on us. BDubs, what happened?

This used to be a spot my family and I frequented and unfortunately after tonight we will not be back. There was maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant and it took 30+ minutes for us to get our meal initially. Unfortunately one of the dishes came out wrong and after sending it back, the order of 3 grilled tenders had not make it to our table after an additional 25 minute wait. Ultimately we gave up and asked to have the order removed so we could leave. At any other establishment a manager would come out and apologize, see what could be done to make it right but he avoided eye contact all together, just rushed out to take the food off the bill before rushing back behind the scenes again.
This place has gotten worse over the years and we always hoped that with the constant turnover there would be a good team to bring it back, but we have not seen that happen.

Dear Buffalo Wild Wings Management,
I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience I had at one of your Buffalo Wild Wings locations.
Upon entering the restaurant, I observed several servers sitting at the front of the establishment on their phones. Once they noticed me walk in, they all proceeded to go to the back of the restaurant instead of greeting or assisting me. A short time later, a female employee went to the back of the house and asked for a server to come to the front. At that point, multiple servers looked directly at me, stated they would not seat me, and laughed and chuckled among themselves.
I was left standing at the front for approximately 5–7 minutes without acknowledgment. Eventually, a server approached me, asked where I would like to sit, handed me menus, and told me to seat myself. The interaction was very rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
As a customer, this experience was embarrassing and unacceptable. No guest should ever feel ignored, mocked, or treated with disrespect when entering a restaurant. This behavior reflects poorly on the staff and the brand as a whole.
I am bringing this to your attention because I believe in holding businesses accountable for the treatment of their customers. I hope this matter is addressed seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure no other guest experiences this type of treatment.

Do not come here !!!! The food was mid for it to be priced as what is it … my dads burger was brought back and fourth at least 3 times and they still messed up … they don’t ALLOW raw onions u have to have them grilled ??? Then my mom ordered green peppers on her sandwich and they gave her GREEN onions … the staff were in the back arguing as well … then the smell of rotten eggs filled the establishment… DO BETTER

Avoid this location! Take out staff is under trained and rude. They were visibly annoyed that it was busy and they had to actually work. Waited over 1 hr for a pick up order that said it would be ready in 20mins. the food i received was still cold. No apology just threw the food on the counter and walked away. Last time going here, will drive to another location.
